This home is perfect for families. Approximately 10 mins walk to centre of town and 15 mins to main beach via main rd through Byron. The cottage has three bedrooms, ensuite, and bathroom. It is located a short stroll to town and beach, with a luscious green lawn gardens and off street parking. The home opens to a large covered rear deck which takes advantage of the northern aspect with the BBQ outdoor kitchen area off the fully equipped kitchen. No need for a car once you arrive - Jonson Street shops, restaurants, cafes and beach are simply a stroll away. The home is NOT available as a 'party house' and is non-smoking property. The main beach is patrolled and a short walk from the cottage. Driving from Sydney takes approximately 10hrs, or 2hrs from Brisbane. There are many airport shuttle bus services available from Brisbane, Gold Coast or Ballina-Byron Bay which will pick you up and drop you off to the cottage. Once you arrive, the cottage is walking distance to everywhere in town. A rare property, this beautifully appointed heritage fisherman’s cottage is a gem, very private and only a short walk to Byron’s beaches and township. The cottage is on a 1/4 acre block, surrounded by luscious gardens and trees, backs onto a nature reserve giving more rural expanse and tranquility. A sweet little 1 bedroom, architect designed cottage in the heart of Byron furnished eclectically for perfect, easy days by the beach. Own private entrance, 50m from Top Shop and 600m from Clarkes Beach. Cottage has a wrap around verandah, a day bed and outdoor dining area. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with stove, oven and dining table next to a lounge area with TV (Netflix) and wifi.
