Straightforward details from the owner; organized coordination and everything was as expected from an AirBnB at this price range. Household provisions are more than enough for a short stay like mine. I just needed a place to stay overnight for a business engagement in the area the next day and this was in an accessible, Grab-friendly area.

We had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence Tagaytay! The unit was spotlessly clean, stylistically decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The view from the balcony was stunning-perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The location is super convenient, close to restaurants, coffee shops, and popular spot like People's park. Despite being near everything, the place felt peaceful and quiet-great for weekend escape. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making check-in smooth and hustle-free. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, and toiletries. Highly recommended

Victoria is responsive and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. Place is accessible, private and clean. Will definitely consider her unit again. Thank you for making us comfortable while being away from home even for a day rental.

Great place to stay in, the room was clean, the owner is very responsive. The overall experience was top notch. The only thing i had a thing with is that the place was quite far from the different entertainment places, although if you're willing to spend a little more for transportation or if you have your own vehicle it is worth the stay.

The place is nice. The host is accommodating, helpful and communicate well with all request. The place is walking distance to Southwoods mall. Accessible to restaurants and other stores.

It was a good stay. Unit was so spacious for us. We were able to have fun and celebrate. I was not expecting extra bed cause in the listing it shows only one but there's a double bed beside. We were able to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was great! It really exceeded my expectation. Perfect place, clean, spacious and homy vibe.

What amazes us so much is how friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating the staff are. This place is truly a rare find. My kids loved the place and like they don't want to leave. Ann is very easy to talk to and responsive. Her place is well maintained and complete with what we need during our stay. We had an amazing stay. We are tempted to come back.

This is the kind of place you've always want to go back to whenever you need a break. All the amenities listed are available. The location is peaceful and it's perfect if you'd like to do walking or running activity. I'm not really familiar on how should I get to the place, but thanks to Eloisa and her team's help, we're able to do so. They provided clear instructions and was patient with all the queries we have. Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. Host and Co host are very responsive of our inquiries and concerns. Though guests with cars need to park outside of the building and it’s a first come first served basis. Other than this, everything was good!

The place was good, me and friends stayed there and we didn't get bored because there were lots of indoor games to play. The host was also very responsive and was ready to help at all times. Place was convenient as there is a mini public market, 7/11, and eateries nearby. Overall a great experience and we had a lot of fun.
