In the Heart of Wellsville, studio is located on the main level (there are 3 steps at front door) of the historic Electric Rail Depot was the Wellsville station for the interurban that ran east down Wellsville Main street from 1912-1946. This space offers a queen size bed with 70" flat screen with dvd & wifi. Has mini fridge, small microwave, sink, single coffee maker. Located right across the street from the Wellsville Tabernacle square, Kids playground and splash pad. No Smoking. No Pets.

Enjoy a 2000' two bedroom walk-out BASEMENT with private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, aged pool table, home theater, and 50" TV, WiFi, and home theater powered by Roku. All this is completely separate from the house. Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use. The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.
