Das einstöckige Haus ist zugänglich, geräumig und sehr hell und von jedem Raum aus kann man die Felder oder den Wald sehen. Die Vögel hören zu. Zwei große Fenster verbinden das Haus nach außen, wo die Veranda zum Genießen der Landschaft einlädt. Die Dekoration ist minimalistisch und sie dominieren die klaren Töne und das Holz. Esta en una zona peatonal muy tranquila llamada " la isla " Hay aparcamientos cerca de la vivienda, supermercados, bares, restaurante, farmacia... En 5 minutos caminando estas en la playa. Y en 7 - 8 en la estación de tren. En poco mas de 30 min estas en el centro de Barcelona y a 50 min del aeropuerto de Barcelona y 40 min el de Girona.
