We had an amazing time!! Place was amazing, views spectacular as promised, and we loved the stove/fireplace. The 4WD note is real — our rental car company failed us, gave us a 2WD, and we couldn’t get up the driveway. We parked at the bottom of the hill … it was a 5-10min walk and not an issue for anyone in our group. So, make sure you have 4WD, or if you don’t mind a walk, that might work too!

We were looking for a place to stay for several nights over the Christmas holiday for a large family gathering, and Michele and John's place came highly recommended by our local family members who are residents of Greensboro, VT. This Greensboro Farmhouse is not only perfectly located to experience the iconic Willey's Store and Miller's Thumb within walking distance, but also private enough to have a quiet serene getaway in a beautifully restored, cozy rental. We arrived to a cleanly plowed driveway (after snowfall the day prior), warm temps inside as we unloaded our belongings, and I was thrilled to discover a well-appointed kitchen with most of the pots, pans and cooking tools so I could finish my Christmas baking for our family gathering. Our hosts prepared us that we might not have reliable cell phone coverage, and there is a landline phone to use. There is WiFi in the unit which we used for our daily email, texting and streaming needs. Wonderful hosts and house! Thank you!

Unfortunately, due to a family illness, we had to cancel our stay. Our hostess understood, was most accommodating, and helped us with the refund process. So although we never actually got to stay there, should we travel to the area again, we will keep Sally in mind. We appreciate the kindness very much.

Cute spot right off the main route. Easy to get to and tucked perfectly into the woods, this is the best spot for a long weekend. The kitchen is stocked of everything you would need to cook for a few days, beds are comfy, games to keep you entertained. Would book again!

Only in Hardwick for a short time and appreciated the central location to where we needed to be. Paul was wonderful to deal with and was quick to reach out with information. Because the weather was rainy, we loved the carport!

My partner and I celebrated our 21st anniversary at this beautifully decorated, peaceful, and spacious apartment. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, and milk. It was so convenient to walk downtown for shopping, antiquing, and dinner. Kim was a very responsive host. Highly recommend!

This was truly such a special place! My wife Alli and I used to live in the NEK and Colleen went above and beyond with making us feel right at home. The amount of love, and care that is in this space is truly something else. Everything from the first aid kit, to baking staples, and a homemade book of all the local things you can do depending on the weather. We’re hoping this will be a new tradition of staying here when we come back to the NEK.

Claudia's place was PERFECT! If you are looking to explore Hardwick this is the only way to do it, easy check in and check out and literally spackle dab in the middle of town! Did I mention it's right above one of the most amazing coffee shops, with a great space to work, people with and enjoy delicious homemade bake goods and breakfast sandwich! I also enjoyed positive pie and cork and fork! Thank you so much for everything, felt right at home!

This was one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I have ever been in. Monica was such a good host and so fast with her response! The nature around the house was amazing! If am going back to Vermont I am defiantly staying at Monica again. She also put a basket of fresh eggs in our fridge which was so sweet. One of the best hosts I have tried through Airbnb

We have stayed here a few times and will return. Diane is a wonderful host. It is like a home away from home, with everything we needed, bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper towels, clean linens, cloth placemats, ample towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, abundance of toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was very quick and efficient. Very clean, cozy, comfy, environment.

Highly recommend this place. Extremely welcoming and sparkling clean. So many windows let in beautiful natural light. Very comfortable bed. So pristine and relaxing.

This is a wonderful little apartment! We have had family stay here twice, since we are right down the street, and it's perfect. Clean, warm and toasty in the winter, everything in its place and a place for everything. Would absolutely have family stay here every time!

Ideal Airbnb experience. The place was sparkling clean, updated, and everything felt new. Quick drive to town, but tucked away and quiet on the side of Burke mnt. I wound up extending my stay cuz I didn’t want to leave! I will def stay here again next time I am in the area.

Dusty’s place is great. It’s perfect for skiing or just generally enjoying all Burke Mountain and the surrounding areas have to offer. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location at the top of Burke Mountain with a nice little village below. This cozy one bedroom had two bathrooms and a beautiful backyard. We had a wonderful time exploring The Northeast Kingdom and some other areas of Vermont.

We had a wedding at Burke Mountain and stayed at Kathleen's place, rather then the hotel. It was the perfect home base for the weekend. The town of East Burke is super New England and quaint. The condo is great for 3 couples or a family. It was very clean and well furnished. What stuck out most to me was the cleanliness and how comfortable the beds were. Would love to go back for a ski weekend!

From the moment we walked into Mountain Brook, our family of five felt at home. We were warmly greeted by a lit Christmas tree in the living room. The bedrooms were spacious. Linens and blankets cozy. The condo was walking distance to the Burke Hotel and ski trails. Unfortunately we had rain instead of snow, but had there been more snow, we could have taken advantage of more outdoor snow adventures. Ashley sent clear communications prior to and upon our arrival. She quickly responded to our messages. We would definitely stay at Mountain Brook again.
