A lovely converted farm building nestled in a picturesque location with far-reaching views of the loch and mountains beyond. Striking distance (relatively speaking!) to Oban heading south and heading north - Fort William. Top-notch food available nearby at the Airds Hotel, Port Appin and the Old Inn. Ralph couldn't be more responsive to messages and the on-site estate worker (and family!) couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Our stay with Evelyn was fantastic. She was an excellent and welcoming host (and greeted us with some scones when we arrived - what a bonus!). The location is fantastic, off the main road, but very close to the shops. Sitting on the couch and looking out at the ocean was better than the photos on the listing describe. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our few days at Arras Beag. The location is peaceful, the views are stunning and it is very convenient for lots of mountain walks. We saw otters several times just outside, which was lovely. You can walk direct from the house, but are asked to keep dogs on leads. The house is warm, the log burner is easy to light and very effective and there's plenty of hot water. The kitchen has the basics but not much in the way of equipment - fine for a few days if you're not doing much cooking from scratch. The bedrooms are probably best suited to a couple and 2 children - the 2nd room is significantly smaller than the master suite, with twin beds and no en suite. We were 2 couples and it was very comfortable nonetheless. Overall, we had a great stay and would very happily return. Thank you!

This is a lovely place to stay, very clean and beautifully decorated, and has everything you need. A very easy walk down to the town center and street parking near the property was easy to come by. Thank you for the great vacation spot!

Comfortable accommodation in a stunning location.

Our groups second visit to the cottage bunkhouse . It’s a perfect fit for a small group . Everything you need to explore this corner of Mull. Close to Fionnphort, Iona ferry and nearby beaches. Rachel is a great host and makes everything simple and on hand if you need advice / help. Looking forward to going back again next year .

Such a lovely pod set in the most beautiful scenery! We only had a short stay due to ferry cancellations but the time we did have there was great. The place is very cosy and clean, plus Christine and her partner(?) were very helpful and accommodating. We’d love to return sometime for longer!
