Beautiful home! We fell in love! Wished our stay was longer!!! Thank you for everything.

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

We had an amazing stay! Katy and her team were so helpful and responsive. The house was spotless, the hot tub was amazing, and we feels right at home.

My family and I really enjoyed this beautiful property. The house was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, had comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms. The crib was especially cosy and nicely made up for my baby grandson. The kitchen was large enough for multiple persons to cook together, which we did for our family breakfasts. The outside was truly lovely and the heavenly scent of wisteria and orange blossom was everywhere on the rear patio, the front veranda and even on the bocce court. We had a great time and couldn’t have asked for more.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

This place is really special. The yard has a spa-like vibe and the interior atmosphere is so charming, with an adorable vintage-bohemian style, nice linens and kitchenware, a fun record player, and zero clutter. The beauty of this home really added to our enjoyment of our trip!

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

We visited for our honeymoon. What a wonderful week it was. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves crashing into the beach and watching the sunset over the ocean each evening. We walked to the pier in the mornings and had dinner at Nobu which is also a short walk away. This was one of the most fabulous experiences I have had on air bnb. Zero complaints about this most excellent spot!

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay for the week. Joesph was quick to respond to any questions that we had and was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Betten waren wirklich super bequem! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, aber die Restaurants und Shops sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit den Nachbarn, aber Landon & Evie haben super reagiert. Wir können die Wohnung der beiden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est comme sur les photos. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, l'hôte est réactive et disponible. Le logement est très bien situé à environ 30 minutes de Malibu - Universal Studio - Santa Monica - Berverly Hills - Hollywood... JE RECOMMANDE, I L♥️VE IT 😉🇺🇲

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

navid's met my expectations: clean, safe, and accessible to my needs.. He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Me encantó por que es espacioso tranquilo y fuimos a los estudios universal caminando . Y tomamos Uber para el paseo de la fama . Lo que si es que no hay tiendas de víveres cerca nos costó un poco encontrar jabones para lavar ropa . Muy bueno que haya máquina de lavado en el depa . Lo recomiendo mucho

Wonderful place to get away and emerge in beautiful Santa Monica. Ambience of the complex is wonderful and very relaxing. Place is very clean and unique with its internal design. Highly recommended . I would love to stay again.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Fantastic location on the beach; and very quiet and peaceful well away from the road. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms great, but a few non functioning lights. Living space comfortable and special views to ocean, dolphins and 180 view of Malibu Beach. Kitchen was modern and has good appliances and lots of space; but lacked cooking utensils and not many China plates or mugs - just a mix of non-matching and mostly plastic. Overall a wonderful stay and a responsive and friendly host on site.
