Location is very close to town center, walking distance to the park and resto. Water from the faucet is great. Ample parking for cars and big bikes. Just the aircon and stand fan. They need cleaning.

Location - near SM Daet (which makes it very convenient) and other food places, even has a 24/7 lugawan nearby which is very helpful for when you’re in need Communication - host wasn’t too specific, didn’t tell us whom to look for, which door to knock or what is the exact pin in Maps. We were able to find the exact place only thru the picture in the listing. But given that we only booked the morning of our stay, I think it’s understandable. Parking - we were able to park our two cars (since we’re 8pax) just fine, good thing that there weren’t any other cars beside us. If there were, I wasn’t so sure how we’ll be able to park. Amenities - there were two crs instead of one (which was the number in the listing) so it’s nice! Kitchen is outside the room and is available for all tenants(?), no issue with that. Helper - I forgot to ask for his name but he was such a big help during our stay. Thank you so much, kuya!!! Price - Really worth it, 💯affordable and just right! Thank you!

Sharon is such a great host. Communication was continuous and she made sure to reach out to us to check if there is anything we need.
