Amazing spot! Diederich has put SO much time and energy into making his space a beautiful retreat for guests! He’s super friendly, provided local recommendations, gave us a quick tour of the listing, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! It was an amazing experience and if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely look up Diederich! 10/10!

This place is a gem, for sure! What really stood out to us was that the house felt loved and cared for, in all the best ways. The garden was charming with its ponds and gazebo, and both house and yard made excellent use of space and felt much larger than the square footage would imply. Tabor Bread was an easy walk away and its pastries were delightful. There were many other restaurants in walking distance too. Dallas was an extremely responsive host and made us feel right at home. We would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay for a large family graduation celebration. Plenty of room to host a dinner. It was a great location and plenty of parking.

For 8 years we have come to Portland to see our daughter and stayed in various bnbs in NE Portland. Chris's was the absolute best. From the easy street parking and entry to the house, comfy couch & TV, the kitchen sparkling and well stocked with all we needed. Wonderful beds with the softest blankets and a terrific huge shower with really hot water. Flowering dogwood tree in the frontyard and bluebells and tulips in the garden. Great neighborhood to walk in, park only a few blocks away and Portland foodie restaurants easily driveable. Definitely highly recommend.

we celebrated our daughters 30th birthday there. we had 7 ladies. There is plenty of comfy beds, kitchen supplies, towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen even had some snacjs available. We loved the back yard. it is amazing and beautiful. The )n table and lic I mg food. was big enough for all of us to sit and visit. We would go back again.

We had our son, his wife and 3 granddaughters stay with us for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful time and built sweet family memories. The swingset and the game room made for some very happy kids. Everything you could possibly need is there. Theres tons of food and condiments. Nothing you really need other than a change of clothes and a toothbrush. Not enough good things to say about this place. The host waa very pro active and responds within minutes. This place requires more than 5 stars!

Convenient location with a coffee shop one block away and half a mile to Mississippi street. Dog friendly, vinyl flooring. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Will stay again.

This is a great neighborhood...and so beautiful this spring. We enjoyed walking to Division restaurants and shops. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped. This was a our second visit and we would happily stay again in the Richmond House when we return to Portland.

This place is AMAZING! Great set up with lots of special touches. The view was incredible. We will be back!

We had a wonder stay at Randy’s place in Oregon. The bed was super comfortable and everything was really clean. The property is absolutely beautiful and close to a lot of popular tourist spots. You’ve got to try out the massage chair! Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

Wonderful little getaway in Portland . Jane was a great host, and we felt very comfortable in the space. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Cheyenne was extremely responsive before and after check-in. Instructions were very clear checking in and out and we had no problems with the process. The location is fantastic and very walkable to most bars and restaurants in Portland, but still felt like a safe and quiet neighborhood. There's a train that's on the same street but the rooms are well sealed from the noise. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Lorie's apartment was wonderful and the story of its creation in the description is amazing. Well-appointed apartment and kitchen, clean and pleasant environment. We would have liked to have had time to relax at the table and chairs outside the garden apartment's kitchen window. The layout of three areas - toilet and small sink in small room, shower next door with space open to sink on other side of wall - was so well designed that if two couples were staying in the apartment, (with care) one couple could have been using the space secluded from the other in the living/kitchen area. Lorie was quickly communicative and helpful. We heard no noise from her family living above. We have stayed in many airbnbs and this one was especially well thought out; the only surprise was that coffee was provided for only the first night but that was easily remedied. Parking was always easily found somewhere on the block and the neighborhood enjoyable to walk.

I AirBnB a lot, and this is in the top 5 when it comes to what we were looking for! I stayed with my sis-in-law and niece and we were perfectly comfortable! The place was spotless, adorably decorated and had so many fun little touches. The garden was so sweet, and I just felt so comfortable and at home. I made a blunder and blocked a neighbors car in their driveway 🤦🏾‍♀️and the hosts were so kind and told me not to feel like an idiot while I got back and moved it. Very quick communication on their part as well. Def a wonderful stay!

Russell's place is small but the beds are comfortable and the amenities are all that you will need. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and products in case we forgot ours. The kitchen had enough food available if you were unable to grab a bite before check-in late at night. There were plenty of condiments and spices if you wanted to cook (we didn't) along with coffee to grind, a grinder and a coffee maker. The heating system is tricky but Russell provided instructions so it worked well. He also answered the phone and provided the entry code when I called. There were board games for people who wanted to stay off the grid and lots of movies available. We had a nice time and would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you're in the Tigard/Beaverton/Hillsboro/Portland areas. Keith has really set up a great private apartment with great amenities and lots of trees outside in addition to the outside sitting and bar area. Everything was clean and comfortable. The wifi worked great and the large screen TV had plenty of streaming channels on it. It was quiet and peaceful in the woods in a quiet neighborhood. You do have to walk down some outside stairs to get to this lower-level unit, but it was no problem for us. Thanks, Keith!

This little condo was perfect for my holiday visit to see my family. The location is great: very close to freeways (but not too close to hear), easy to get to Downtown Vancouver or Portland. There are stores (Fred Meyers has anything you could want) and restaurants nearby, especially McMenamins, which I always hit anyway when I'm in town . I love the waterfront walk which is only a few steps away. The condo had all the amenities I needed in the kitchen. There were a few things that I didn't like, 1. The air traffic to PDX was directly over the condo. This could be very loud at times but from what I understand depends on the weather pattern (I was there in winter). 2. I didn't like the rain, which has nothing to do with the property but kept me from enjoying morning coffee on the lovely patio (though I still got a couple of mornings in when it wasn't raining so hard). 3. I mention this for the elderly or those with bad knees, there's steep steps, 19 of 'em, to get in/out of the condo.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday! We absolutely loved everything about it especially the view of the course! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Extremely clean, great amount of space, comfortable bed, amazing view of Mt Hood and Mt St Helens . Nice local market within walking distance, safe area, and nice balcony. It was useful to have 2 big screen smart tvs with apps.

We stayed at Jordans place for 4 days. The unit was spacious, clean, and had the basics that you needed if you wished to make a meal. There were two bedrooms (one upstairs and the other down stairs near the main living area) this was great as our adult son traveled with us., but also would be great if two couples traveled together as there is a bit more separation/privacy with the location of the bedrooms. The market was close, coffee shop and pub in walking distance. The complex didn't have great views as the balcony faced another building, but it was peaceful, parking available on the street, so we didn't even use the garage. Our daughter lives in Portland and is close by, so we would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. We are grateful they offer a rollaway bed as our son and daughter don’t enjoy sharing one bed! The place was spacious, clean, very well stocked, and wonderfully peaceful.

After having to move from a host from He** to this place it was sooooooo refreshing. We overly LOVED this place. It’s so comfortable from the beds to the couch. The listing says it’s noisy because it’s on a Main Street but we heard NOTHING. We slept like brand new babies. It’s in a perfect place and not far everything. We will be staying here in future visits and I recommend if your looking make sure your booking cause it’s a wonderful place. The history of this house is Amazing and the owners have taken really good care of the place. I loved how the upstairs was set up and it’s so much space up there. The communication with this host was great and it was quick. My family of 6 were able to stay and get away from the world by being here and it was well deserved and needed. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Perfect space for us to stay while visiting family in WestLinn. Enjoyed using the grill a couple of nights when our grandkids came over. Mary Jean was very friendly.
