Appartement très bien équipé et très bien décoré et meublé. Chambres spacieuses, lits très confortables. Magnifique douche dans grande salle de bain. Immense terrasse avec jolie vue dégagée sur golf. Résidence très calme, très bonne sécurité. Belles piscines mais trop tôt en saison pour les tester. Voiture indispensable, parking facile. Bien situé pour faire des excursions (Murcia, Carthagène, Mar Menor/La Manga). Résidence avec un environnement de campagne. Très bonne communication avec Ilze, très réactive. Excellent séjour de quatre nuits. Merci !

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Amazing rooftop and great relaxing area with bbq, great for eating outdoors. The beds was very comfy, loved that the bedrooms had black out blinds and air con. The communal pool was very nice and the area was nice and peaceful. Only note to make - Was surprised to see that the front side door handle was missing which meant that the apartment was not fully locked when we went out for the day. Spoke to the owner who stated that the door handle was on order and unfortunately nothing could be done to secure the door. Also the handle on the stairway leading to the rooftop was not fully secured so had to be mindful of that. Apart from the that this apartment was a lovely place to stay. Just needs to fix the following things raised above.

I spent a lovely 2 weeks at Romans appartment. Great location and just a few minutes walk to the promenade, beach, bar restaurants, bus stop etc. The apartment is squeaky clean and very comfortable and I would recommend 👌

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt als Familie in den Herbstferien in der Wohnung von Helen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet und für eine vierköpfige Familie gut geeignet. Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch das schöne Wetter im Oktober haben wir jeden Tag auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich viele Restaurants mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Fußläufig ist man auch schnell im Supermarkt. Zum shoppen ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto am Zenia Boulevard. Auch hier gab es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und jede Preisklasse. Der beheizte Pool in der Anlage war sehr angenehm, so dass wir jeden Tag schwimmen waren. Besonders praktikabel war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage von dem man direkt mit einem Aufzug hoch zur Wohnung fahren kann. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

De verdad me encantaría quedarme por mucho más tiempo me sentía como en casa y sobre todos mis hijos estaban tan a gusto que no querían irse del apartamento lo recomiendo 1000/1000 los anfitriones muy atento la igiene todo muy bonito

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja käytännöllinen, kaikki tarpeet oli huomioitu altaalla käytettävistä pyyhkeistä lähtien. Paikka sopii mainiosti lapsiperheelle, altaissa on lämmitys ja ne ovat turvalliset ja alueella on todella hyvä leikkipaikka. Allasalue ja kuntosali olivat todella hyvässä kunnossa. Asunto sijaitsee kivalla paikalla, rannalle oli lyhyt matka, lisäksi palvelut, kaupat ja ostoskeskus olivat lähellä. Saimme majoittajalta selkeät ohjeet oleskeluumme ja Natali oli erittäin ystävällinen.
