it's a beautiful place. it was real quite. we enjoy sitting on the dock and back porch. We want to go. Because of the weather we didn't get to use the fireplace on the waters edge.

We had a great time a Merry's place. Beautiful, old house, but very well kept. We walked into Geneva several times ; less than a mile walk. Hot tub was great, as was the propane fireplace. Just so comfortable and welcoming. We really loved the old house, and Merry was super accommodating. Great visit!!

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! 5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

We were in town to spend the holidays with family and the house was everything that we had hoped for! It was warm and welcoming and a great space for us all to spend time together. Everything was clean and the house had everything that you might need for a wonderful stay. Owner was easy to reach and answered questions quickly. We loved it and are already talking about a repeat visit next year!

We have stayed here a few times when we come to visit family. The place is always clean & located on a quiet street perfect for taking a walk. Karen has always been very receptive to messages. Check out is very easy too!

First i have to let you know the pictures can not relay how beautiful and grand this location is. The massive home sits on a enormous plot of land that gives everyone something to do. With a modern mansion layout the home still gives a cozy family friend environment The master bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise!! The host was amazing her communication was top notch. I would definitely visit again and recommend you experience this location for yourself!

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

The best place to stay in Dansville. We always stay at Jenni's when i visit my parents and its always a wonderful experience.

We had a great stay with Kristi. We were very comfortable and the space was more than plenty of room for two people. It was very cold outside during our visit, but we stayed nice and warm inside.

Julia’s place was exactly what I needed for my visit to my Alma Mater: great location, awesome coffee steps away, access to downtown super easy (where all the restaurants and bars are located). Geneva is a wonderful city and Julia’s place makes it easy to enjoy. Highly recommended without reservation.

Shelly's place was so wonderful! It was just as she listed it, but really the pictures do not do it any justice. It's warm and inviting and everything you would need is there and easy to find in the space. We had never been to Geneva before and Shelly gave us some awesome recommendations for local restaurants and bars to check out. Everything that we wanted to do in Geneva was walkable from the front steps which was really great. We will definitely be back and will absolutely stay with Shelly again!

This house is beating walked in and was just as photos, was just like home had everything from spices. coffee linen. house was very clean Kristin made sure everything was coved to our arrival to mapping out instructions for resturants ,that was walking distance if and when your in Rochester ny and looking for a great place to relax ,hear the comfortability of birds chirping this house is where to stay , quiet neighborhood pictures are exactly as discribe and more the price is good I would stay there if back in rochester ny and available, wish I could have stayed longer ,Kristin was very attentive to everything, checking in on us to see how we were ,to wishing my sister well on her recovery of surgery again house is gorgeous Thank you Kristin for allowing us to share your home ,

Beth’s place was spotless, tidy, well organized and very comfortable. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the little downtown area. Her instructions were clear and we had no issues at all. A very enjoyable stay!
