This is a large home on a large block very centrally located in Orange. Restaurants and coffeeshops are in an easily walkable distance. The home presents well and is very clean. Highly recommended.

Loveliest gardens to be married in and the house was spectacular. The host James was extremely accommodating and helpful in every way.

Excellent stay. The hosts go ‘above and beyond’. Highly recommend for a couple (or single) for a retreat, and to rejuvenate.

The place itself is amazing with all the sceneries, room and beds were organised as we wanted, feeding the farm animals was an amazing experience as well, the best thing about the stay was the host, she guided us as a-lot with all of the stuff around, suggested us nearby places to visit and she made sure everything was perfect for us during the stay. we will definitely go there again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at David’s beautiful home. David was very helpful with all questions and flexible with anything we needed to bring onto his property. Thank you David and family for allowing us to stay we surely enjoyed it. Amenities are complete and beds couch were comfy plenty of room for our big family to have our own space each.

My partner and I had a peaceful stay. The tiny house and area was exactly as advertised. It's a nice peaceful country area. Kate was very responsive and helpful. She even left a little present for my partner as I mentioned it was her birthday!! 😂❤️🙏🏼 We enjoyed our two nights by the and would recommend 👍🏼

We had a fantastic stay! The house is an older style, but don’t let that fool you, it has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean (honestly, one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed), and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is great, just a short distance from town, making it easy to get around. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. All in all, a very comfortable and relaxing experience. We’d absolutely love to come back!

We particularly enjoyed the board games. We appreciated the good quality of the kitchen knives and utensils which made food prep a breeze. There was a good selection of books, games and dvds for people with younger children.

I had such a peaceful stay at Eugenia’s cottage. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. I was blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities at house. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. Bathrooms were spotless, and the beds incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a species and clean place to stay. What a wonderful experience! Eugenia was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Rachael was lovely to communicate with. The house was just what we wanted. Unfortunately we were there for a family funeral and didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the living areas inside and out. They all looked fantastic. We will have to return to enjoy all that was offering. The air conditioning was excellent and the bedrooms were beautifully presented and comfortable

The homestead was amazing it was like steeping back in history the homely ambiance was very comforting .

This is our second stay. Perfect little cottage for our needs. Everything is as pictured and described. Host is very friendly and responsive and even came and helped us when we locked ourselves out. Will book again for next year.

Jane was lovely, friendly, and very helpful. Her home was perfect for my husband, daughter and mini Cavoodle plus myself. Great quality products. Definitely suited our needs. Close to Orange but also very private.

The place is located on a beautiful wide road just few minutes walk to local cafe and pubs, the garden is delightful to sit for a tea and interior is very tasteful. House has a huge kitchen with almost any tool you may need, so really recommend if you want to cook on your stay. Anne response to messages very quick and whole check-in & check-out process is very smooth.

A lovely, well-appointed house, with comfy beds and a huge TV with streaming and DVDs. Loved the fire pit for toasting marshmallows and glow stick dancing at night.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Sofa is big that’s good for a movie night with the huge smartTV and lighting. Double garage that suits two cars. The rooms have nice furnitures and a high comfy beds. It has outdoor private space with tables and chairs where you can enjoy bbq. Everything you can think off you need from your home are there. Some items we haven’t seen from our previous airbnb properties are XLairfryer, complete knife/steak set, leaf blower, very big laundry/dryer, sheridan towels, dusk diffuser, omo laundry etc. All of the stuff is clean and well maintained. We fully recommend this place to stay if you’re hanging around the area. Close to everywhere, it’s only 5mins away from shops/CBD. Our kids liked the park near the property which is like 3mins walk only. The host was very responsive and helpful in any ways. We will return to this place and recommend to our friends.

Kurt's property was perfect as our home base to explore Orange and surrounding towns. The area is quiet and peacefull whilst shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. Our dog enjoyed the walks in the local wetlands park. The house has two separate living areas, good to let the teenagers to watch TV while parents relax in the other room. The firepit in the backyard was a highlight. Kurt is a friendly host who greated us on arrival. We enjoyed chatting with him and learning about his local knowledge.

We loved Blaire’s place it was clean and well presented. The beds were very comfortable. Close to town and the park. All the basics that you would need for an enjoyable stay.

Thanks for having us Belinda! It was a nice and cosy stay. Everyone was warm in the cold weather when they got home after the wedding. Thank you for posting the lost belongings too! Such a lifesaver!!
