We are located just 1 mile from downtown Potsdam, 1 mile from Clarkson, 2 miles from SUNY Potsdam, and 10 miles from SLU and SUNY Canton. We know you'll love our place!

A beautiful getaway right on the river! Swimming,fishing,and kayaking awaits only 20 yards away! For rainy or cold days, there is plenty to do indoors.There is also a treadmill and weights if you want a workout, and lots of games! If you are looking for the finer things things in life, you can enjoy the luxuries of our deep tissue, Swedish massage chair, our electronic recliner couches, the 55” RoKu tv, or just relax in the jacuzzi whirlpool tub. Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our rental is a 5-minute walk to SLU's campus. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. This rental is hosted by Kelley and friend Laura. With an industrial, modern design, this space showcases unique and custom art, literature and partial river views. NOTE: Unit access is from the exterior stairs only. This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
