Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Villa Capri is a beautiful tiny home rental with private pool access in North Central San Antonio. Located with quick access to airport , Downtown , Fiesta Texas and La Canterra. The neighborhood is quiet, located within 2 miles of shopping and restaurants. This neighborhood has plentiful wildlife. Villa Capri is located on host’s lot. The yard and pool are shared by hosts. Swimsuit is required in pool. Please note that Villa Capri cannot host children or babies due to safety concerns.

The suite is attached to our home, but your space is completely private (it has its own entrance, and a locked door separating the suite from the rest of the house). Your space includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, a queen sized bed, a workspace, internet, a dining area, complimentary coffee and tea, Roku TV, and complimentary paraben-free and sulfate-free shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.

The ‘Chalet’ is in the Timberwood Park area in north San Antonio - a great location for business travelers and vacationers alike.
