We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay. Our family loved the space, the layout, and all the room to put things - lots of closets and dressers. The laundry machines were also very helpful. The kitchen has everything you need plus some. The balcony is a peaceful place to sit and relax. The location is ideal for Kiwanis Park, shops, and getting to the beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place!

Stevens place was clean and in a great location. He was quick to respond and fix when we had an issue with the doorknob. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Nice place to stay. Easy check-in and Checkout. Did not have to call with any issues but received several messages letting us know how to get in touch with them if we needed something. Definitely would recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! James was extremely helpful, he went out of his way to loan us a high chair so we didn’t need to travel with one. He was very responsive and kind! House is in a perfect location to travel all around in a quick trip - downtown, Wrightsville beach, midtown, monkey junction, the airport. It was serene and nestled in the woods and we will definitely be staying there for future visits!

The house was clean and spacious and the views were calming. The living room was really a place for gathering friends and watching the final four on the lovely sectional couch and giant loveseat chair. We ate our dinner around the dining table with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room in each bedroom for our belongings. We walked to the beach and took the golf cart to the beach as well. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The only downside was there was not enough seats on the outside decks where we spent most of our time. There were only two chairs and a love seat. We would stay again!

Love staying with Jennifer! Her places are always clean and she is great at communicating. I will always stay at her places if they are available as they are always very clean and cozy places. The river view is amazing at the Shoreline location! I highly recommend staying at any if her locations!!

I appreciate Owen’s quick responses and flexibility, had an issue with neighbors in 407 about parking, but other than that the stay was very convenient for me to get to work.

Stayed at Margaret's and Timo's place for 5 weeks. The home matched the pictures and was very comfortable. As the weather warmed up in March, enjoyed spending time on both the front and back porch/deck. Good location near downtown and the surrounding beach towns. Hosts were responsive and answered all my questions.

Lovely little house with all the amenities. Close to the Beaufort waterfront and great restaurants. Beautiful house with fabulous bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nola was the most responsive host I’ve worked with.

We had a great time. We were extremely happy with everything. The location was great with a lot of good restaurants and everything was within walking distance. It was a great stay! The place was super nice, and had everything we needed. All the appliances were also super nice and updated.

We had a great time at Cam's place! perfect location for restaurants and all the sights. we wish we had more than one night here. you can hear the bar downstairs but with the provided ear plugs and sound machine we had no trouble sleeping at all. A beautiful view from the patio. Would definitely recommend!
