We really enjoyed our second visit to Fairwood Cottage. It was very comfortable and in a great walking neighborhood. We had awesome walks with our dog. The house is a great place to stay while visiting the Fayetteville area. On our next trip to Fayetteville, we hope to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3 dogs! They loved the backyard and how spacious it was! Although we didn’t get to use the fire pit it looked like it would be a pretty cool spot to hangout! The beds were super comfy! The tv in the primary room was huge! My husband loved that the best! Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. Such a peaceful place plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Stocked with anything you may possibly need, felt right at home would stay again and would definitely recommend wish our stay would have been linger.

Our time in NC recovering from a procedure was so great. The location was very quiet, with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house as to not disturb while I was sleeping. It was spotless, water pressure was fantastic, and hot water available even when both of us had to take showers. The AC was perfect, as one day got to the upper 80’s! I felt right at home and would stay here again!

Love this place so much! So close to everything and the host are so nice! Perfect place for a fun vacation!

Alicia’s home was beautiful! The location was just a few blocks from downtown. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will come back!

The homeowner was extremely friendly, warm-hearted and attentive. They prepared food for us and even took into account lactose-intolerant friends by providing us with plant-based milk. We were extremely touched!

I loved Patrick home very beautiful and the king bed was very comfortable felt right at home if I had questions about anything Patrick was very helpful.. had a lot of snacks and amenities for anything I absolutely loved that ….backyard was amazing we bbq in the backyard and enjoyed the sun .. will be booking next time I come back😁

My stay at The Spaniel was absolutely perfect. Exceptionally clean, private, quiet and totally peaceful. The vibe of the entire apartment was immaculate. I treated myself to a solo weekend to get away and recharge- there was no better place to do that than here! I LOVED the coffee bar, the tub/shower equally amazing. Wonderful location on the outskirts of town. So, just book you will NOT be disappointed!

I've been going to Myrtle Beach every summer for many years, and I'd have to say this trip was the best! David was an amazing host; he went above and beyond. His kindness and hospitality were the best! He responded quickly, and his instructions were so easy to follow and detailed. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked; it felt like home. The price was very fair. Savannah Shores is an amazing neighborhood; the people are so friendly, it felt like home. My family and I definitely plan to return! And I'm referring everyone I know.

Karen and her husband were very helpful and responsive! We were very happy with our stay and grateful to meet such a welcoming couple! Karen even brought us fresh eggs! The pictures to this place do not do it justice. It’s very nice and spacious. Very accommodating we were even able to have my inlaws over for dinner and game night with the kids!

My boyfriend and I loved staying here!! It felt just like our home. It’s also close to everything - restaurants, fast food, gas stations, supermarkets, etc etc which made it super convenient. Kathy left clear instructions on how to get in and left a binder full of information. Thanks Kathy for making this an enjoyable and relaxing trip!

The resort was very nice, lots of things to do in the area. Could walk to breakfast and to the parking garage. The host when we checked in were very friendly. Lots of recommendations of things to do in the area and all about discounts. Loved the resort the only thing the floor had not be swept. Our feet were getting dirty. Had to sweep the floor myself. That still didn’t help. Better housekeeping would be appreciated.

Great stay!

We were in town for a horseshow and the location was amazing! Ginger had all the menus and assured me how close it was. We could hear the announcing off in the distance!! perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and she had set food in the fridge to get us started and there was no worry about breakfast. Her thoughtfulness and friendliness was a breath of fresh air in crazy horse show days. She even ran me a cup of coffee when I needed it! I can not say enough how wonderful Ginger and Terry are. If you are looking for a lake get away, look no further! Fair warning, if there is a Paint Horse Show in town, you need to book before I do!! It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable, we had a nice respite at the end of long days. Thank you Terry and Ginger for sharing your amazing space with us! Cheers

Linda and Richard are the sweetest people and they are so welcoming! My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Everything is just as pictured and they provide lots of snacks and breakfast items that were so great to have! The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was amazing and we will definitely return:)

Staying at Phoebe’s was amazing! Me and some friends came for a short girls trip and she was so sweet to make us breakfast when we requested and gave us directions and suggestions for beaches, shops, restaurants, and activities! We also came at the perfect time as she invited us to attend a sea turtle release with her which only happens once a year! The space was super cozy and felt like home. If I ever come back to this area of NC I definitely want to stay with her!

If I could give Jeanette 10 stars I would !! My beach house @ Tiki stay was amazing. The house was so quaint, artistic and comfy. Jeanette made me feel right at home. I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some cheese and crackers!! The energetic vibe of her home is so welcoming and abundant. Jeanette will leave you a welcome goodie assortment , as well as midnight snacks and a delightful continental breakfast! If you are an avid reader, get ready for an assortment of awesome books to choose from. Do you like art? Get ready to check out her artworks (some pieces are for sale, too!) I am so excited to go back to visit Jeanette, her fur baby, Malina and of course, wonderful Carolina Beach!! I highly recommend this stay.

Joya and her husband were perfect hosts. I have never stayed in a home with the owners present. Every need we had was met! Because we had an 8yo on our trip, she thought ahead and cooked us waffles, bacon, and watermelon! Our bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and stocked with necessities. They're good people. 10/10.

When I arrived at her home Lynn greeted me at the driveway and proceeded to show me my accomodations. As soon as I entered I knew this was a 5 star home. My accomodations were spacious convenient and immaculate. I enjoy peace and quiet and it was so quiet I could not even find a squeaking door. It is close to Oak Island with a beach and a number of restauramts. It is also close to Southport with more restaurants and a quaint town to walk around. The next time I visit St. James, finding an accomodation will be so easy. It will be Lynn's.

I had a wonderful stay! I was in the room with the private bathroom and it was perfect. The bed was comfy, the room was inviting, the bathtub was great and everything was spotless. I really appreciated all the small touches too, like filtered water, wine, snacks and homemade bagels, and toiletries. Margaritte was so nice. She went out of her way to send me links with information with things I could do. And the location is great - a short Uber ride from the airport and a short walk to cafes and restaurants and the Riverwalk. I highly recommend Margaritte's place and I am already planning another visit with my husband. I loved being in this historic area of Wilmington.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Meadows Inn. Our stay was truly every thing I could have ask for. Not only is it perfectly located, providing amazing access to downtown New Bern, but our outstanding host really made our trip. Her kindness and hospitality was on full display. Our only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer. We look forward to returning to New Bern soon and staying here again in the future.

David and Sheri were absolutely amazing host! We were down to see our son at ECU, just a short drive by the way. Such a great river town of Washington, NC, all walking distance from the house. The breakfast and coffee were wonderful every morning. So, enjoyed getting to know them both, but they also gave us our own space to do our own things. We will definitely enjoy coming back to this lovely bed and breakfast.
