Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Elegant Suite | King Bed, Queen Sofa, Fast WiFi

Perfect for family visits or small groups, this private Fayetteville suite comfortably accommodates up to three guests. Enjoy a 65-inch TV in the living room and a 55-inch TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix, Disney+, Premier, and Jellyfin. The bedroom features a king-size bed for two adults and an infant, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa for one adult or two children. With a fully equipped kitchen, workspace, bathroom, laundry room, and enclosed yard, it’s perfect for any stay.

The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. See the below description to get a feel for this very special and unique space.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Mini Suite on golf course - 3 minutes from beach

A lovely, quiet and spacious mini suite . located in Sea Trail resort. Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. Enjoy golf on one of 3 on site courses (we even have a set of golf clubs for guest use!). See why Nat Geo rated Sunset Beach one of the top beaches in the world- just a short (2=3 minute) drive or bike ride over the bridge to the beach (beach chairs provided), or use the pool (included)

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Just a short, 3-minute walk to the beach! After a day in the warm sun, cool sea and soft sand you'll love to relax in this cozy downstairs apartment. You'll have a private entrance, parking for 2 vehicles, full bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a covered breezeway. Wake up to a stocked coffee bar and take a short walk or shorter drive to watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean, or from one of the oldest fishing piers on the East Coast just half a mile away at Downtown Kure Beach.

New bedroom furniture and mattress with adjustable bed . Not set up for children safety.

New River Shanty Updated

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Surf City Getaway...Minutes to the Beach!

Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Our place is able to accomodate two guests (ages 12 & up), and we are not able to accept larger parties. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
