We had the most fantastic time! Florence’s place was perfect. The living room was so comfortable and inviting, with everything we needed for our stay. We were very happy. There were gorgeous views of the lake.

We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Otis. The house is spectacular, located in the most peaceful surroundings. You feel like you are the only people in the world as it's so secluded and private. The view from the upper terrace over the pond will last in our memories forever. The house is equipped with a rowing boat and a kayak. It's great fun to take these out on the lake to explore the beaver lodges at the far end. The house was very spacious for our family of four and is immaculate inside. Katherine was a fantastic host. Always responsive and proactive in her communication. She knew our 2 children were excited for Halloween so sent information on local events whenever she saw something. We could not recommend more and would return without hesitation. Thank you

Me and my husband visited Cabin in Greenfield Center for a weekend gateway for 2 nights. We had a wonderful in the Cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was cozy, charming, and beautifully maintained — the ambience was so relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

Blown away by the location. A perfect spot to walk downtown and see it all. Great hosts! Wife loved it so much, wants to come back. Photos don’t do the place justice!

Wayne is an excellent host. Always responsive and helpful. Location is perfect for a large Ski group. Can hit both Hunter and Wyndham easily. The Pub next door is also a lot of fun. Would highly recommend.

Yanna's house exceeded all expectations. Immaculate throughout the spacious layout offered plenty of room for two families with children. My 10yo son said the bed was the most comfortable bed he ever slept in. Master bedrooms far enough apart so adults can have some privacy. Large kitchen with dining table perfect to cook and hang out. We skied at Belleayre both days (easy drive on 28) and less than 10 min from Woodstock if you want to go out. Also very close to a large grocery store. Would love to stay there again!

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.
