Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Cappadocia

Great place to stay outside of the chaos of Göreme. 5 minute drive from a great grocery store (Sok) and from Ürgüp town which I wish we explored more cause it’s really cool. 15 minutes from all the Cappadocia hikes and activities. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and Erhan went out of his way to bring us an extra pan. The place was perfect for 3 of us but could sleep 4-5 if you were really trying to budget. So glad we chose this place!

Akif has a gentle, effective hospitality in his very bones and we are grateful for the many favours he did for us during our 4-5 night stay: everything from kind offers in respect of the first night we did not fully use (arriving circa 8am on an overnight bus from Istanbul, from which he generously collected us in his car) to arranging car hire, an airport shuttle and bringing us scales to weigh our luggage. The apartment itself is very spacious, well furnished, heated and equipped, and central. Highly recommended.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement neuf et bien équipé. La ville de Goreme et ses cheminées de fée se trouve à 10 min en voiture. L'hote est trés sympathique et réactive.

Elmas hanım rezervasyonumdan konaklamam bitene kadar son derece yardımsever ve güleryüzlü yaklaştı. Evin içerisinde her şey var. Çamaşır makinesi, ütü, süpürge vs. her ihtiyacınız mevcut. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi yoktu. Benden önceki misafirlerde maalesef bozulmuş. Elmas hanım sipariş vermiş ama henüz gelmemişti bundan dolayı kendi evindeki saç kurutma makinesini getirmeyi teklif etti. Ev tam Avanos merkezde. Merkez içerisindeki her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Göreme'ye ise 15-20 dk gibi sürede gidebiliyorsunuz.

evin kullanımdan bir gün önce ve bir gün sonrası için sadece temizlik için boşluk bırakması sayesinde istediğiniz zaman sabah 05.00 de dahi gitseniz giriş yapabileceğiniz akşam 23.00 da bile çıkış yapsanız sorun yaşamıycağınız süper kullanışlı bi ev deneyimi kesinlikle herkeze tavsiye ederim... bu sayede bizim gibi yanlışlıkla :) rezervasyonu yanlış oluşturup bir gün önce bile gitmiş olsanız ev sahibinin size evini açabilmeside bizim için apayrı bir ayrıcalıktı onun içinde ayrıyetten teşekkür ediyorum :)))

3 gün süren Erciyes gezimiz Mehmet bey ve eşinin her şeyin düşünülmüş olan evleri sayesinde son derece keyifli ve konforlu geçti.. Öncelikle karşılama çok samimi ve mutluluk vericiydi, evde misafirleri rahat ettirici her ayrıntı düşünülmüştü.. Özellikle kuzine için hazırlanmış odun bile mevcuttu.. Kuzinede pişirdiğimiz patates , mantar ve tabi ki kayseri sucuğu tatilimize üst düzey keyif kattı.. Bahçedeki barbekü keyfimiz evin karlı bahçesinde bize çok güzel anlar yaşattı.. Evin yerden ısıtma sistemi sayesinde son derece sıcak bir konaklama geçirdik. Ev çok konforlu ve evde aklınıza gelebilecek her şey mevcut.. Mehmet ve eşine bu güzel deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz.. Herkese gönül rahatlığı tavsiye ederiz.

Ramazan bayramı tatilinde 3 gün konakladık. Villa resimlerden daha güzeldi .İclal Hn herşeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş . Evde ihtiyaç duyupta bulamayacağınız birşey yok .Herşey fazlasıyla vardı. Çamaşır kurutma makinası dahil hertürlü elektrikli ev aleti mevcut. Mutfakta bizim için çay,şeker,un temizlik malzemesi soğan vs herşey mevcut marketten yiyecek alışverişi yapıp gelebilirsiniz. 3 aile rahatlıkla konakladık. Ev çok temizdi. Konumu güzeldi her yere yakın. Sabah 6,5 7 gibi balonların uçuşunu evden izleyebiliyorsunuz. Evi sahibimiz çok tatlı bir bayandı. Balon uçuşu ve diğer etkinlikler için yardımcı olacak bir arkadaşına yönlendirdi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz . Kendisine teşekkür ederiz.

James’s place is nestled at the foot of the castle. His restaurant and activity tips make staying here a pleasure. WE We had great meals on his restaurant recommendations (family run places with integrity not out to rip you off). As a host he is the kindest I’ve met on my many travels - super attentive and kind. If you like a beautiful village off the main tourist map with authentic experiences, a beautiful and cozy 1 bed apartment carved into living stone and a great host, this is it.

I loved staying here. The home is very large and looks better than in the pictures. Lots of privacy. Easy to walk to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Home was perfectly clean. Host was very helpful with assisting tour and taxi scheduling.

Rumah yang selesa, sesuai untuk bawak family, ada 3 bilik, siap ada tempat memasak, mesin basuh baju…tempat dengan centre, berjalan kaki sahaja

Absolutely beautiful place with fantastic hosts. We felt like at home. The hosts always kept in touch (they are living above the apartament), asked if anything else was needed. We communicated via Google Translate, which was absolutely no problem. The hosts helped on the road and sent geolocation. The hosts helped also with the entertainment: they helped organize the air balloon flight, told us what to see in the area. They also treated us with delicious home-cooked food - and we were able to "try" Turkey from its different sides. The apartment itself is large and comfortable: 3 bedrooms, 2 wc and 2 shower places, large kitchen. It has its own entrance. In warm weather, you can set up a table and eat on the balcony. You can park your car next to the house. There is a small grocery store 200 meters from the house. But the greatest joy was truly the care of the owners, where for a moment we became part of their family. Thank you ❤️
