Toby’s apartment in Barbados was a fantastic place to stay. It was spotless on arrival and very well maintained throughout. The location is perfect—just a short walk to a beautiful beach, and close to local shops and restaurants. The pool is a real highlight: clean, well-kept, and great for relaxing after a day out. Communication with Toby was excellent; he was friendly and always quick to respond if any issues came up, which gave us real peace of mind during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday, from good air con to a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, a great base for exploring the island and a lovely place to come back to each day. Highly recommend!

Very clean ! I felt very safe and secure, walkable. There’s a beach maybe 100 feet away, & luquillo Beach 5 minutes drive, where the kioskos are as well! Lots to do ! Traffic makes it a bit far from the airport maybe 45 minutes but it’s worth it ! Close to Carabalí & El Yunque rainforest (about 15 min drive) so it makes it worth it ! There are TONS OF AMENITIES! I honestly don’t remember if all are listen but many beach supplies, MANY !! Beach chairs, a wagon, surfing item, beach ball, beach towels and many games and board games to entertain ! The host is wonderful, communicates well and is very accommodating and flexible!! Some things have a little rust but can be expected since it’s a beach property!! Property also has iron, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash !! So once you go to the beach you’ll have everything you need, the host really considered their guest !!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked. But hands down, our favorite part was the pool. Most of the time, we had it completely to ourselves, along with the hot tub, which made it feel like our own private resort. The trees and lush plants surrounding the pool gave serious luxury vibes. Inside, everything was spotless. Watching the sunset from any of the three balconies felt like a dream. We also really appreciated the extras, beach towels, a cooler, and chairs made our beach days super easy. The location couldn’t have been better in my opinion! Only 8–12 minutes from Arashi, Palm, and Eagle Beach, and about 40 minutes to Baby Beach (which is 100% worth the drive!). There’s even a mini market just 2 minutes away with better prices than the big supermarkets. Wow, I think I only have positive things to say about Frank and Caroline's space that we used for the week. First of all, the directions on how to check in and find the condo were very detailed. I appreciate all the recommendations on where to eat and things to check out after landing at the airport. This is the first time my family has been to Puerto Rico and it did not disappoint. Frank is very responsive and a communication is top-notch. the views that we had from the condo left us speechless. Everything that you would expect to find in the space was there such as a coffee maker, basket of sunscreen and bug spray, games, cool looking ice cubes and already made ice and filtered pitchers of water. The beds were very comfortable for all of us. I love how we were walking distance to the beach and the food truck area that had a lot to choose from. it's nice that this condo is very close to a lot of other beaches, shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. Hope to return again!

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

This was one of the cleanest and well stocked Airbnb’s we have stayed in, we definitely will be booking again. Everything was nice and clean, view from balcony and building was great. The host were very responsive to any and all of our questions.

Tuvimos el privilegio de pasar 11 semanas en este preciosísimo lugar. La ubicación es estratégica, a medio camino entre la ruta principal y la playa El Encuentro, lo que garantiza tranquilidad y canto de pájaros todo el día. El departamento está orientado para disfrutar del desayuno en sombra y ver bellos atardeceres. Todo es tal como en las fotos, el condominio muy bien mantenido, con vigilancia nocturna. Los anfitriones atentos, el internet Starlink y generador eléctrico aseguran una estadía muy cómoda. Algunas observaciones: 1. El sofá está algo deteriorado, sería bueno cambiarlo. 2. Hay hormigas, aunque proporcionan insecticidas. 3. Los corredores de la cortina en la entrada son largos y a veces llegan a pegar. 4. Las ventanas laterales pueden abrirse al cerrar la puerta principal. 5. Hay pocas tiendas cercanas, pero eso podría cambiar con el desarrollo de la zona. Pese a estos detalles, el lugar es increíble. Felices de regresar para otra gran temporada de surf!

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Chris’s place was an amazing condo that truly felt like we were at home. The area is beautiful and safe and secure. The beach is stunning and ocean water is clear and warm. The condo gives you access to the beach club and spa which were all fantastic and the condo is well stocked for eating in. I recommend a golf cart to get around … easier than walking in the heat!!! Chris was a wonderful host … quick to respond to all my questions and provided some great tips and connected me with someone to arrange rentals and excursions … I would highly recommend this place for a quiet relaxing stay in Playa Conchal ….Pura Vida Chris and thank you for sharing your home with us !!!

Excellent place to stay. Really nice atmosphere. Perfect distance to everything. Could easily picture living here. Diana was very responsive and informative. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We really loved Diana’s place.

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

Hallo Edmonde und Philippe, vielen Dank das wir ihr wunderchönes Appartement nutzen durften. Das Apartment enthält alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Blick auf den Petit Anse zum Sonnenuntergang ist traumhaft. Der private Parkplätze für den notwendigen Mietwagen ist perfekt. Die Lage am Hang ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Moskitos waren zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes kein Problem. Der Internet Zugang ist sehr schnell, streamen und Videotelefonie sind kein Problem, auch Arbeiten sollte deshalb problemlos möglich sein. 5 stars! We had a great stay at Javier’s Airbnb in Isla Verde. The location is perfect just 3 minutes from the airport and right in front of the beach with direct access. The apartment is on the 6th floor (no balcony, but still a nice), and there’s a convenient laundry room near the lobby. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything you could possibly need. Javier clearly pays attention to every detail and goes the extra mile to make sure guests feel at home. Plus, the vibes were amazing peaceful, positive, and just what I needed. I would absolutely recommend this spot and would stay here again without hesitation!

el departamento tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía, sobre toda la ubicación, cerca de todo, se puede caminar, encontrar supermercados, restaurants, farmacias, y la playa muy cerca se accede caminando, solo que hay que ir predispuesto al ruido de la zona y eso por ser muy céntrico y cercano a discos con música, igual lo recomiendo ampliamente, volvería a ese lugar de presentarse la oportunidad, Gladys, la encargada muy atenta y dispuesta

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

The place is just a 15 min walk to Megan's Bay but be warned that the walk is on the side of the road and there isn't a side walk but it was doable. Our AC broke the first night but they were able to get us a new room and the property is stunning with amazing views. Northside grind is a great place to get breakfast/lunch and the bar and grill on the property is good as well. Overall we loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!

Me and my kids had a good experience, Everything was clean I really recommend this Airbnb if you have a small family 2 small beds and 1 large one was able to function with 4 people and it was accompanied with air conditioning in every room. 5 star very good and recommended for anyone.

Laurie's condo is clean and well-equipped - kitchen has lots of pots and pans, everything you need in a kitchen for cooking a meal. The pictures and description is very accurate. The pool is very cute and well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Laundry room is clean and affordable. There is a convenient store right across the street and a nice a pizza restaurant downstairs. We met and made friends with many people during our stay, and we were fortunate enough to go on a few out-trips to surrounding beaches. We had a great 2-month stay.
