A lovely 3-bedroom home just 45 minutes from the Lake District. Located opposite Cumberland Infirmary and a short walk from Carlisle city centre, this spacious house features double beds in all bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and an open-plan living/dining area with plenty of storage. Off-road parking is available at the rear, suitable for small/ medium vehicles, tight angle but still plenty of space to drive in. Perfect for long stays, with everything you need provided.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall leading to the living room with original fireplace and electric fire, modern kitchen with integrated oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. To the first floor there is a feature stone wall leading to the bathroom and bedrooms. Sleeps up to five persons in two bedrooms (one king sized bed and one triple bunk bed).

Our home has an open plan ground floor, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The whole house is available to our guests, There is some off street parking in the street beside the house and a car park 0.2 of a mile away which is £3.50 all day.
