Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home will not disappoint! Kitchen is equipped with induction range, dishwasher, and all the amenities to cook a gourmet meal. The master bedroom is home to a comfy king size bed and reading space. The guest room features a comfortable queen size bed, office space, and half bath. An eclectic collection of antiques and original artwork make this space a truly memorable experience. The back patio is private and secluded.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this small, cozy home. The space includes refrigerated air, washer and dryer, wi-fi, cable tv, complete kitchen for cooking, microwave, grill, porch swing, patio table and chairs, shady fenced yard, covered carport and patio, clothes line, iron and ironing board, 55 " tv in living room and one bedroom has a small tv. The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.

Enjoy this adorable casita right on the Pecos River! This is an excellent location to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park and other nearby attractions. Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
