It has been fully renovated throughout, completed in late 2019 ready for the 2020 season. It sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms arranged over two floors. There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. There is also ample parking space.

Excellent pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walk. On a direct bus route to Liverpool and a 10 minute drive from Royal Liverpool Golf Club, with Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospitals minutes away. With beautiful walks nearby in National Trust woodland and countryside or on lovely beaches overlooking North Wales.

Davies Cottage, cosy, comfortable base

A perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast. A cosy and comfortable place to return to at the end of the day. It has wifi, good quality beds and bedding and a full bathroom, with lots of towels! The Point of Ayr Nature reserve is 5 minutes away, Talacre sand dunes and lighthouse, then Prestatyn further along the coast. Ffynnongroew was a mining village, with 2 pubs a few minutes walk away, along with a take away, Post Office and small convenience store. DOGS ALLOWED, NO CATS.
