Childwall Cottage

Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Browns Cottage in Annestown Village

Browns is an 18th century cottage sitting in the heart of Annestown Village with beach access just across the road. An ideal location for an overnight stay to enjoy the beach and ocean; or as a base for a longer visit to explore the endless list of local attractions: These include the Anne Valley Walk just around the corner; The Greenway with access 20 minutes away; and Waterford City which is just a short drive with an abundance of museums and of course the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre.

A beautiful country style "Annex" situated in the peaceful country side surrounded by the Comeragh mountains and 10 minutes from the seaside. Running alongside this home is the Waterford Greenway which everyone can enjoy the views Waterford has to offer. This home is also fully amenable to wheelchair users or individual's with additions needs, or a family. There is 2 bedrooms one double 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 wet room, gardens, and outdoor seating. There is private parking on site.

A coastal retreat in an idyllic location with stunning views overlooking Waterford Estuary under the flashing light of Hook Lighthouse. Our self contained apartment is only 2km from the village centre and a 10 minute walk to Creadan beach. Ideal base for touring the South East including the Copper Coast and Hook Peninsula. Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.

Tramore Chalet - Stunning Ocean Views

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.
