Easily the best option to stay in Cartagena. It's in Getsemani, it's comfortable, beautiful, CLEAN, and walkable to everything nearby. I'm so impressed with my host Leonardo. He took the time to show me around his property and even walked me around the neighborhood to get a feel for the location. If you're all about good vibes, stop searching and book this.

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights for a birthday celebration getaway of our dear friend. This home is in the heart of a very festive and lively barrio and in walking distance to all the major must see attractions of old Cartagena. We decided to be spoiled and have our super yummy breakfast prepared in house for a great price. The super attentive staff Juan Carlos and Isolena won our hearts. This is a fantastic Airbnb and if it is available book it now you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed here before and it is now my Go To when I’m going to Cartagena. The house is beautiful and well located right in front of the beach. The host is always great to communicate with. This is the spot if you have a big group and want lots of space.

This is an historic villa that has kept its character. Enter a vaulted, long entrance, into an open courtyard. The lush vegetation accompanied by the trickling sound of the fountain water splashing into the pool, lends itself to a tropical esthetic of days long passed.The cobalt sunbeds are perfect way to relax after a serene morning swim. The covered areas are the entrance seating, along with living & dining rooms. Beautiful trees that harbour the morning songbirds, extend from the back courtyard, to beyond the second floor.The bedrooms continue the styled rustic theme, hence modest clothes racks & lighting. The furnishing appointments are not new & this reflects the rustic ambiance throughout. The master bedroom is airy & large with two romantic French balconies, overlooking both courtyards. Linens were good. Daily light service was provided. LOCATION is Casa Monaco's finest feature. I have been in Cartagena many times,and will advise that this is exactly where you want to be.

Muy agradecidos con el servicio brindado. Fui con mi esposo y mis papás. Pasamos poco tiempo en el Airbnb ya que visitamos pocos días y aprovechamos para conocer. Sin embargo el lugar es igual que las fotos, muy céntrico pero suficientemente retirado para poder descansar sin ruido. El servicio de Sammir fue muy amable y nos ayudaron bastante para el check in y check out.

I really really enjoyed staying at this apartment for a longer period. The apartment has everything you need. The bedroom is amazing, the bathroom is everything you need, the living room is big and comfy and the kitchen is complete. The airconditioning was working perfectly which is very welcome after a hot day in the city. Also the swimming pool at the rooftop was a-ma-zing! The complex is very well guarded, the men who open the door are super friendly and made my stay. The apartment is located within the old centre which for me was the best option to stay in Cartagena. I could walk to everything and I felt very secure. The supermarket is very close which was very handy as well. I must say that this apartment is everything you need. The contact with Analucia was always very good and she responds quickly. I really really recommend this great apartment and would love to come back! Thank you Analucia!

This is one of rare breed of hosts that make a point of tending to your needs as a guest plus this is a great location with great views and great rooms .

Mi estadía en el apartamento 114 durante estas vacaciones fue sencillamente espectacular. Desde el primer momento, me sentí como en casa gracias a la increíble comodidad que ofrecía. Disfruté muchísimo de todas las facilidades, especialmente de la piscina, que fue un verdadero oasis de relajación. Además, Andrés estuvo súper pendiente de todo durante mi estancia, siempre atento y brindándome indicaciones muy amables que hicieron mi visita aún más placentera. ¡Sin duda, un lugar para recomendar y al que espero volver!

El condominio es tranquilo y seguro. La casa es un lujo, tal como se ve en las fotos y aún más. Katia es muy atenta y el servicio complementario de Rosa vale 100% la pena! La casa es hermosa y sin duda volveremos.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio, muy cómodo, el acceso a la playa también es muy cómodo, hubo un malentendido al culparnos de dañar la estufa por mal uso pero finalmente se arregló el malentendido

I stayed at this location for my 30th birthday trip and we had a great time! Location was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was spotless and the pool/ jacuzzi were perfect . I will absolutely stay here again if i return to Colombia

Carlos place is wonderful close to the beach in a private location. Also only 15min drive from everything. He sat us up with a local driver whose price was amazing for all that we got. Carlos responded to all my questions.

Easily one of the most unique, beautiful, and highly walkable properties I've visited. Moises and Rosia were amazingly hospitable, and Rosia's breakfasts were worth the price. Moises and Maya were very responsive to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again. Also, you must eat and drink next door at Restaurante La Unica... Great dining experience.

We were a group of 9 girls celebrating a bachelorette party in Cartagena. The large dining table, outdoor seating area, and pool were the perfect size for our group. Adriana and Luz were there to make sure the house was clean and organized and they also prepared breakfast and lunch for us. Andres took care of the outdoor space and knocked down some coconuts for us one day. Adriana was super helpful throughout our stay and helped us organize deliveries to the house when needed. The location is NOT EASY to find so keep in mind you will need to use the driver they recommend as Uber drivers are not familiar with the beach route that you must take to get there. While the house is on the beach, it was a bit farther away from the ocean than we expected. We were here beginning of May, so this may also change with the season. Other than the location being a bit difficult to get to, everything else was perfect! Extra shoutout to Adriana and the team who really helped make our time there special!

We were delighted with this place! We definitely want to go back. The location is perfect and the beach is a few steps away, and it's also a very safe area. We definitely enjoyed every day there! We felt right at home

This place was amazing. I will be going back again soon. Communication was great, proactive. Carlos was literally steps away whenever i had a question. The location is pretty close to downtown. My stay with Cartagena Classics in Cartagena was absolutely phenomenal! The property exceeded all my expectations. The home was impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail, from the luxurious furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, was thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum comfort. The location was perfect—close to the historic Old Town, excellent restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The host’s hospitality was top-notch; Andre and the staff were incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and provided fantastic recommendations that made my trip unforgettable. The pool and lounge area were the highlights of my stay, offering breathtaking sunsets and a serene escape after a day of exploring. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone visiting Cartagena. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!
