This was our second stay at this property. The house is very well kept and very comfortably and newly furnished. Easy access to downtown New Bern and the surrounding area. The house has a nice fenced yard which is key for us when we travel with our dogs. The host is very proactive, responsive, and thoughtful. We were greeted with a nice note welcoming us for our stay and we’re pleasantly surprised by the small Christmas tree on the table. A very nice and considerate touch. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit New Bern and we will definitely look to stay there again on our next visit.

We had a great stay here and felt very comfortable. The location of the beach house is perfect----right on the water and in a quiet part of the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and communicative. Our family had a relaxing vacation, and the accommodations were exactly what we were looking for to spend quality time together in a peaceful atmosphere!

Evolve was outstanding, we contacted them and they had our answer within a short amount of time. Short walk to the beach and short drive to our favorite restaurants. Supermarkets close by. Great centralized location, lots of room and great area under the house for staying in the evenings.

We were in local town working and staying here saved us drivetime to hotel and gives us more normal freedoms like separate sleeping quarters, bbq, peace and quiet.

my favorite spot was the swing in the porch sat there every evening to enjoy the sunset.

Loved this place! So close to downtown and we were able to walk everywhere. The house was also a nice size for 4 people.

Great place- located on the very, very outskirts of the downtown area (kind of the in-between) it's somewhat tucked away and only a 4 minute ride into the heart of downtown. Or for just a few minutes more, go to the shopping center of New Bern and onward. Great location. The house itself is quirky in an adorable, fun way. The pull out couches are located in rooms that are shared spaces but both are completely able to be blocked off so there was privacy. If you have an air mattress or a few extra blankets, it might help to make the pull-out couches a bit more comfortable... but we had a very large group- there is a lot of beds and couches! 10/10 stay!

The Huffmans are great hosts. We had a wonderful visit. We definitely look forward to stay there again.

Stunning place. Beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean. Everything you need for a lovely stay. Couldn't have been in a better location. Crystal was extremely responsive and courteous - before, during and after our stay!
