Die Wohnung wurde 2009 gebaut (renoviert 2019) und liegt 3 km vom Strand entfernt in einem authentisch spanischen Dorf. Die Umgebung ist ideal für alle, die Strand, Natur und Kultur wollen, fernab der Touristenmassen. Hier kann einen stressfreien Küstenort genießen und dabei Städte wie Granada oder Málaga besuchen, Wandern in der Sierra Nevada oder die Almería Küste erkunden.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.
