La casa está genial, es mejor que en las fotos, las habitaciones dúplex tienen mucho encanto. Fuimos en invierno pensando que el frío podría ser un problema pero no fue así en absoluto, había una chimenea de obra en el salón, radiadores en todas las habitaciones y en otras ademas chimeneas de forja pequeñas. Lo de tener un baño por cada habitación es un lujo. El trato del Domingo fue muy bueno, contesta rápido con cualquier duda que puedas tener.

This is a great house, well laid out and spacious. A beautiful back garden area with a BBQ and seating. Private parking, central location and all the amenities. Bring your walking shoes and try the Txakoli.

Todo muy bien, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones, es una casa amplia y bien decorada en el que le han puesto mucho cariño. La comunicación con Puia fue perfecta, y siempre dio soluciones a todo. Un sitio de 10, muy recomendable.

Alojamiento ideal para grupos grandes, cuenta con habitaciones amplias cada una con su baño individual. En cuanto a la cocina es ideal para hacer comidas para grupos grandes y la sala común amplia con mesas suficientes para 20 personas. Quizá algo que se podría mejorar sería el añadir al salón algún sofá donde estar más cómodo, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Check in was easy, as Raul met me there at an agreed time. Despite our language difference, we were able to communicate easily using a phone App. I was asked if there was anything else needed in the villa and he provided what I requested with no fuss. He was always responsive to any question or query. The villa is large and has comfortable, clean rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor space is just perfect for family gatherings.

Excelente alojamiento. Fuimos con parejas amigas a celebrar el año nuevo y la verdad impecable todo. Habían hasta decorado por las festividades y nos dejaron unos vinos y chocolates de cortesía. Espacioso, cómodo, moderno y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar sin preocupaciones. Muy recomendable.

Una estancia estupenda en plena naturaleza. Iñaki y Ana son unos huéspedes muy atentos que te hacen sentir como en casa. Ellos te proporcionan infinidad de recomendaciones para disfrutar de la zona durante tu estancia. La casita es perfecta para pasar unos días de relax en pareja. ¡Gracias por todo!

We absolutely loved Fernando’s place. The apartment was clean and more spacious than we expected. The location was fantastic and we could explore everywhere we wanted to go on foot. The apartment and the neighbourhood felt very safe and we loved sampling the many bars in the vicinity. Would love to have stayed longer and would love to come back!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen.

El piso muy confortable , con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. Muy facill de llegar al centro ( muy cerca ) caminando o en Metro.5 cudras de estacion de Tren Atocha, re útil para excursiones. Mabel muy atenta y siempres respondió rápido.zLo recomiendo , definitivamente volvería.

Muy acogedor y bien situado. A diez minutos de la calle Laurel pero lo suficiente lejos como para poder dormir tranquilo. Alfredo muy amable en todo momento, nos recomendó sitios donde comer. A destacar que dispone de parking a 100m del piso, eso si, si vienes con un coche bajo cuidado que rozarás en la entrada. Si volvemos repetiremos seguro!!

We are a family of six, and the apartment was perfect for us—spacious enough to enjoy time together, with spots to retreat for some quiet when needed. We loved the simplicity of the decor and how functional every piece of furniture was. The apartment is new, with well-maintained bathrooms and kitchen, equipped with just the right appliances. (A clothes dryer would have been helpful, but when we asked for a drying rack, it was provided immediately.) One thing to note is the apartment is in the basement (1 flight down). We had no issues with this but some may. We always stay in the Salamanca area, so the location was familiar and exactly where we wanted to be. Check-in and check-out were seamless—key handover was easy and pleasant. We’ll definitely choose this apartment again the next time we’re in Madrid!

Ana is an outstanding host. From the outset, her friendliness and kindness really stood out. She was incredibly responsive and provided us with all the information we needed. The AirBnB is exactly as described and looks just like her photos. Our family of 4 adults had everything we needed for our stay. Most importantly for us, Ana's AirBnB was in the perfect location for visiting all the major sites. And while Madrid is a very walkable city, staying in the center of the city made our trip SO much more enjoyable. In addition to the local sites, there are many great restaurants within just a 10-15 minute radius. I very highly recommend Ana's AirBnB :)

What a fantastic place to stay! We came for the marathon since Zoilo’s place was close to the start and finish lines, but any time it would be a perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood, easy Metro access, lots of shops and restaurants, super close to Retiro, and surprisingly quiet inside even on a busy street. And the place itself was great too! Very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom, comfortable sitting area, all very clean and organized. Absolutely loved it, recommend highly and really hope to stay again someday!
