PLEASE NOTE - Our family lives upstairs including kids, some noise can be heard from below specially weekday mornings, evenings and weekends

Enjoy amazing sunrise and moonrise views. At the Sunrise Studio you will soundly sleep on a cozy queen bed. Also offer a single couch & air mattress for extra sleep. Full Laundry with washer & dryer. Studio is heated by electric heat or a wood stove and cooled with AC. There is also a small outdoor space with a fire pit. Enjoy!

Walk into a livingroom & kitchenette, down a hallway to a bathroom & then a full size bedroom. LR/ Kitchen has-cable TV, granite countertops, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven & a snack basket! The bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. The house is just 3 minutes to I-25 and about 15 minutes to the DTC (Denver Tech Center), about 25-minutes to the Air Force Academy, and about 35-minutes to Colorado Springs and Denver.
