The large secure yard is perfect for the kids to run and play and for the fur babies too. There is plenty of parking for boats, trailers, cars, caravans, and trucks.

This comfortable, clean private retreat offers a bedroom with views and a gorgeous bathroom and living area. It is semi-detached with its own car park and entrance. Overlooks Lake Warden and is only 5 minutes from town. Beautiful retreat, close to ESPERANCE. You will be provided tea and fresh ground plunger coffee and there are simple facilities for you to make your own meals if you require. Our house is family friendly with toys and a sandpit in the back yard. In the garage there is a bike and two off-road scooters (adult or child) for you to use (Please bring your own helmet). We can set up a travel cot for you if you let us know when booking. The house also has unlimited Wifi.
