Nous avons passés deux bonnes journées dans la région, la maison est très agréable, nous étions 6 dont 4 enfants. De magnifiques balades à faire depuis la maison, une très belle vue depuis la terrasse ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, arrivée et départ d'une grande simplicité !

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Tamar's. The location is fantastic -- quiet aside from the construction across the street (only in the mornings), close to central Tbilisi, with lots of great markets and restaurants around. The patio was a huge selling point for me when I selected the apartment, and it did not disappoint, you can truly see the entire city. Tamar as a host was incredibly communicative throughout my stay, always checking in, and if little issues came up (which happens when you stay for a month as I did), she was always on top of them. I hope to be able to stay again sometime soon!

Отличная и очень уютная квартира с нереально крутым расположением. Из окон вид на каскад, рядом оперный театр, все в центре в доступе. При этом место очень тихое, уютное и домашнее. Эстетически невероятно приятно находиться в квартире.

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect—central, yet peaceful—with stunning views that made every morning feel special. The apartment itself was incredibly cozy, tastefully decorated, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the fully functioning amenities. It felt like a true home away from home. Our host was wonderful—kind, responsive, and generous enough to allow an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. There was plenty of space for our group (easily comfortable for 4–6 people), and the layout made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy. We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Проживали неделю. Все соответствует описанию. Остались довольны. Эгле постоянно была на связи. Плюсы: рядом море, расположение, вид на море, чистая квартира. Небольшой минус: долго ждать лифты, спускались в основном пешком. Но это единственный минус. Спасибо Эгле.

The location of the flat is as best as one can get. The flat itself is very beautiful and makes you feel at home. It is old, yes, but this comes together with the location in the center and it is as we expected. Michael responds literally within 5 mins max at any time to any issue: that's just great!

Firstly, the host was very responsive and very helpful. Secondly, the place was very well maintained and the place was very aesthetic and was perfect for 4 people. The check in and check out was also very easy and the price was totally worth it

Благодарю за квартиру! При заселении возникла небольшая проблема с водой, которую пришлось решать самостоятельно. Оказалось, что напротив квартиры есть кладовка с насосом, который в нашем случае перестал работать. Если столкнётесь с подобным, попробуйте выключить и включить насос снова — это помогло нам вернуть воду. В остальном всё отлично: квартира чистая, светлая и с прекрасной просторной террасой. Также небольшой совет, если не сразу находите квартиру по инструкции: после фото с большой прямой стрелкой на прямой улице (это фото идёт непосредственно перед фотографией двери) нужно повернуть налево, а затем сразу направо.
