We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning duplex apartment in Baku! Although the apartment is around 10–12 years old, it’s incredibly well maintained, and the loft area in particular looks absolutely stunning—stylishly designed and thoughtfully kept. The property was exactly as shown on the Airbnb portal, offering all modern amenities and comforts you’d expect for a relaxed stay. Located right in the heart of Baku, it boasts a fantastic view of the Caspian Sea and easy access to major attractions. The check-in process was smooth and effortless, thanks to the efficient and helpful support from Ms. Delya, the property manager. But what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Tufan, the Travel Manager. From airport pickup to organizing daily tours and our final drop-off, he was consistently present, supportive, and incredibly courteous. His attention to detail and friendly approach made our entire trip stress-free and very enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at jayati's....the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive,ensuring everything we needed...Beautiful view made our everyday fantastic...I especially appreciate the cook(Max bhaiya) for delicious meals just like home cooked..very peaceful place to stay..will definitely visit again for that peace,scenic view.... if you are travelling with kids make sure to carry their essential stuffs as market is bit far from the place..but u can totally rely on caretaker over there..they helped us in everything.

The apartment appeared as advertised. It was very cozy and in a good neighbourhood. It was walkable or a short Bolt ride to tourist spots. The space was perfect for my week in Baku.

The apartment was even more beautiful than the photos, and it was spotlessly clean and well-organized. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout our stay. He even provided me with helpful advice that made our trip extra special. Останавливался тут на месяц. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечал на все вопросы, очень помог с регистрацией, заселением и выселением в удобное для меня время. В квартире есть все необходимое, вся техника работает, все чисто, никаких проблем не возникало. Однозначно рекомендую

The house is spacious, beautiful and decorated with antiques and paintings. My room was large as well. I enjoyed my stay. The host’s sister was present in the house as the host was away. The sister was friendly and helpful. I recommend this Airbnb to those looking for a unique experience.

Tariq is very nice person. And apartment was very clean. The vacinity is very secured and on entrance of society there is a proper checking. Its a bit out of city and Careem mostly not available. So keep this in mind if you have no transport so there will be some problem going here and there.

We loved our stay here! The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk down the hill to Mall Road with restaurants, shops, ATMs, and quick access to the lower bazaar. Just 5 minutes up the hill brings you to the level of The Ridge, Christ Church, parks, and more restaurants and shops. The Ropeway taking you up to Jakhu temple is just a 10-minute walk. Communication with the host was easy and he was quick to respond. The home itself is very comfortable with big beds, lots of space, and stunning views of the city. We would stay here again!
