더 코스타 써있는 입구로 쭉 걸어 들어와서 제일 안쪽에 있는 숙소입니다. 에어비앤비 주소 복사해서 넣으면 구글맵에 이상하게 뜨는데 더 코스타 아파트먼트 냐짱 The Costa Apartments Nha Trang 이라고 검색하시면 됩니다. 체크인할때는 호스트님에게 메시지를 드리면 1층으로 내려와주시고, 키 2개 주고 설명해주십니다. 숙소 거실이 넓고 더블베드2개, 화장실(샤워실포함)2개 있었습니다. 세탁기 있고, 세제는 챙겨가셔야 합니다. 옷걸이는 많이 있고, 바깥에 널어두니까 햇빛이 세서 잘 마릅니다. 수건은 3박 묵는데 처음에 1인당 2개씩만 비치되어 있었고, 메시지로 요청드리니까 하루에 1인 2개씩 더 챙겨주셨습니다. 드라이기는 1개 있고, 바람 세기가 조금 약해서 머리 긴분들은 따로 챙겨가시는 걸 추천드립니다. 콘센트는 한국꺼 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 수영장과 휘트니스는 2층에 있고, 온수는 아닙니다. 해 떠있는 낮에 수영하기 좋습니다. 전반적으로 맘에 들었는데, 번역 때문인지 소통에 문제가 있었습니다. 레이트 체크인이 되는 줄 알았는데 방이 예약되어 있어서 급하게 짐을 뺐습니다. 다행히 호스트님이 같은 숙소 다른층 작은 방으로 옮겨주셨습니다. 당황스러웠긴 했지만 호스트님 자체는 착하신 분입니다.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5

베트남 첫 가족여행으로 편히 잘 쉴수 있었습니다. 체크인도 매우 편리했으며 요청사항도 바로바로 응답해주었습니다. 골드코스트나 파노라마처럼 해변가 숙소는 밤에 밝고 시끄럽지만 이곳은 주택가처럼 조용해서 좋았어요. 매일 보이는 바다뷰도 최고였고 침구도 침대도 편안했습니다. 수영장은 깨끗했고 사용료가 저렴하며 이용하는 사람이 거의 없어 프라이빗했습니다. 도보로 롯데마트 갈수있고 그랩으로 가면 번화가도 기본요금정도로 매우가깝습니다. 배달앱을 이용해 맛집배달도 잘 이용할수 있었습니다. 숙소가 편안해서 일주일의 여행이 매우 만족스럽습니다.

Gin was a great host! Easy to communicate and quick response. Room was spacious as pictured with amazing view. Nice quiet location with access to beach and local food. Would come back again!

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

예약한 숙소는 아니었으나 3일후 내가 원하는 방으로 교체해주어 즐거운 여행이 되었다

Отличная студия, светлая, просторная, все как на фото. Есть все необходимое, посуда, санитарные принадлежности, даже стиральный порошок; удобный матрас, новое постельное белье и полотенца. Четкие инструкции от хозяина, заселили раньше времени. Из минусов - посуду пришлось перемывать, душевая стойка была в чем то липком, шумный кондиционер. И район очень специфический, скорее подходит для постоянного проживания, чем для короткой остановки, так как в шаговой доступности нет ни нормальных магазинов, ни кафе, ни развлечений. Пляж тоже так себе, желания купаться там не возникло Сам жилой комплекс относительно новый, мало заселен, соседей не слышно . НО под окнами школа, и с 14 до 17 дети орут непрерывно, и на 28 этаже слышно очень хорошо, плюс какой то громкоговоритель работает. В целом, само жилье отличное, и если вас не смущают шумные дети и у вас есть байк или вы неприхотливы к инфраструктуре - это хороший вариант

Stunning view, very good value for money, not a big place but for a few nights it’s fine. Host a as very good and friendly. The elevator was very slow! But still overall enjoyable stay

Cám ơn chủ nhà đã hướng dẫn nhận phòng và sắp xếp phòng cho gia đình chúng tôi thật thuận tiện và nhanh chóng. Căn hộ nằm trong một toà chung cư với không gian bên ngoài thoáng mát và yên bình. Buổi tối yên tĩnh , ngủ ngon Giường nệm đầy đủ , Mình chưa dùng căn Airbnb nào mà để sẵn nước uống cho khách hàng , trong căn hộ cũng có sẵn đồ ăn vặt và mỳ gói ( mặc dù phải trả tiền cho nó ) rất giống với khách sạn. Căn hộ gọn gàng , ngăn nắp , rất thoải mái điều đó cho khách hàng thấy được chủ nhà là người chăm chút và dọn dẹp căn hộ thường xuyên. Rất khuyến khích mọi người ở tại đây mỗi khi tới Huế nhé.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Mieszkanie jest dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Czyste, komfortowe i bardzo wygodne. Czuliśmy się tam wspaniale : ) Zdecydowanie polecam na krótszy, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Okolica jest spokojna, a w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy, restauracje i sklepy. Bardzo blisko jest też nad morze i do promenady wzdłuż plaży. Gospodarz jest bardzo pomocny, zawsze odpowiada i robił wszystko, żebyśmy dobrze się czuli w jego mieszkaniu. Z chęcią tutaj wrócimy : )

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Elle vous propose même un service nettoyage complet du logement compris dans le tarif. Merci encore May!!

We had a lovely stay in a more quiet area of the city. There are many walkable shops in the area including a grocery store and bakery. The pool is lovely and the gym is well equipped. The room is so clean and well decorated - the balcony also included a drying rack which was appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax away from the city centre. Also only took a short tuktuk ride to get to the main attractions and the airport!!

Soyorn is a great host and the apartment is fantastic! From the moment I booked the apartment the communication and information given to me by Soyorn was great. I also got supplied an adapter free of charge and delivered to my room so I could work on my computer which was great. I highly recommend staying at this apartment in Phnom Penh, the pool and gym are fantastic and the area is safe and there many nice local cafes and restaurants to eat and also a 7/11 4 mins walk for the apartment. 5 stars all round!

First of all, the host is a lovely woman, who went above and beyond to make us happy. Helped us store our gear before check-in time, quickly took care of any issues. And even went above and beyond to help me find a credit card I lost, including looking at the security cameras of the building and the adjacent supermarket. So much to take for granted. I thank you with all my heart🙏 Beyond that, the location is great, there is a lot to do within walking distance, 4 convenience stores under the house, a nice pool for families and children.

We had a wonderful stay 1 week stay at Quang Vinh apartment. Loan was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, lots of hot water. The kitchen was adequately equipped for making simple meals. Having free bicycles available was lovely. We used them to go to the beach and to ride through the rice fields. The location is a 10-15 minute easy walk to the old town. We found the area quiet. Also, the roof top pool was a nice. Supplied filtered water was a plus. Overall we would highly recommend this apartment/hotel. The staff were very nice and always there to help and make you feel safe.

We had a wonderful stay. The staffs were friendly and ever ready to help. Old town is easily reachable from the apartment. There is option to borrow bicycle. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with fridge, washer and dryer. It also has a rooftop swimming pool.
