Everything’s in a 5-10 minutes walk- The Old Town with its Castles, Cēsis Castle Park, Bus and Railway station, our favourite cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and the market. We share our building with a bank and a Notary. The apartments are on the 2nd floor. There’s a lift in the house.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks). The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept). Wooden floors. Central heating. Trotz der zentralen Lage bleibt die Wohnung ruhig und blickt auf einen schönen Innenhof. Gästen stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung, um die Stadt zu erkunden, historische Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken oder malerische Touren entlang der Rad- und Wanderwege im Gauja‑Nationalpark zu unternehmen.

A fully accommodated apartment. Most windows face the sunny side of St. John’s church bringing an ample of bright white light into the rooms. There are traffic restrictions in the old town so its primarily pedestrian. The location is as central as it gets in Cēsis with all the nicest cafes and shops right downstairs. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
