We loved our stay! We came for the eclipse and were able to view it with a great group of people on the lovely top floor balcony. Thank you Sam for being such a great host and having us at the spacious comfortable condo. The parking and elevator were very nice for us since one person in our group had a foot injury. We were a couple and two friends and the space was just right for us. Great kitchen. We loved the amazing location! Loved the balconies to catch the Banda music and people enjoying the Malecón! But when we closed the sliding doors the condo was very quiet and peaceful. :) Thanks again for having us!

Beautifully renovated 3 story home filled with art. Exactly as pictured in photos. Was welcomed with a bottle of wine, coffee, and chocolates and by the kindness of co-host, Vianey! Vianey was helpful throughout our stay with answers to questions and help finding activities and the neighborhood grocery store. The home is an easy walk to the malecon, the cathedral and Plaza Machado. Yet it is on a quiet, dead-end street, so it is peaceful except for the occasional rooster crow and dog bark. The rooftop terrace was breezy with a panoramic view, a welcomed retreat from the heat at street level. The house was immaculately clean and Raquel comes twice weekly to keep it that way. Highly recommended. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wasden’s place was simply awesome!! It was so very spacious and cozy at the same time. The views are spectacular, with a front-seat view of the beautiful sunsets, and the terrace gives you a view of a wide part of the surroundings. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back to Walden’s place! This place was apartment number 6.

This is the best place you can stay at around the area! The place even came equipped with a pS5 so my girlfriend and I played games all night long. I would highly recommended this place to stay to anyone visiting Mazatlan.

Great place to stay with a family. place was as described, clean, with freat outdoor spclace. 10 min walk to the malecon, 13 min walk to the Mercado. Great coffee spot across the street, farmacia and food vlpvkd away. Make sure to get a marquesita outside of Playa sir tacos. Great air conditioning and pool. would definitely recommend, price was fair, feels safe.Cant wait to go back.

Fotos reales y acuerdo a lo ofrecido. instrucciones claras, alojamiento de fácil acceso y de un punto cercano a lugares céntricos, WiFi un poco lento, solo se daba abasto para la TV, no para uso en los celulares, pero se podía usar en la TV sin problema. cuenta con lo necesario para una estancia de varios días. anfitriones súper atentos y accesibles.
