The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Willow Lodge, a most peaceful retreat

This is a perfectly cosy, self contained detached space in the county of Suffolk. It is a two mile distance from Ipswich train station and a few minutes stroll to parks and local amenities. There are lovely walks and cycle rides to surrounding villages and historic market towns like Colchester, Hadleigh, Kersey Lavenham and Woodbridge. The coast (Southwold, Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Frinton, Felixstowe, Clacton, and Lowestoft) are all a comfortable 30 - 45 minutes drive.

Our multi level apartment in Churchmans House is one of a kind. We sit right next door to Ipswich Town Football Club. Ipswich Train Station is a 5 min walk and it’s just a 2 min walk to Cardinal Park where there are Restaurants, a gym and Cinema. The Ipswich Waterfront is 5 min walk where you can find a Marina surrounded by Restaurants and Bars. And only a 10 min walk from the town Centre. The apartment with its high ceilings and giant windows is full of light and life!
