This is a fantastic place. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed looking out at the water. Apartment was clean and perfectly comfortable inside. I would come back in the summer to see how busy the area gets, but it was very relaxed in April.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. Beautiful view of the river and Courtney was very, very responsive to my messages. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful location! The apartment was absolutely stunning, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beach was clean and lovely. However, the real highlight was the breathtaking view from the balcony. We are already eagerly anticipating our return to this peaceful retreat to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of our daily routines.

We very much enjoyed the condo it was exactly as the pictures and other reviews described. We had absolutely no issues with the music from the restaurants below, never heard it even during open hours. We would definitely stay here again.

My toddler and I loved this spot for our little spring break getaway. Clean and spacious, it was right on the beach and next to a restaurant that offers yummy food. Smart TVs with all apps to watch shows during down time. Walkable to everything else we needed - grocery store, hardware store, and ice cream shop! We’d stay again!

Spent four days at Nina’s and it was so quiet and peaceful. Literally the only thing I heard was birds chirping and the water lapping the shore. House is very well appointed and very clean. Will recommend to friends and if I have a chance I would definitely go back.

This was a fabulous house! Great location easy to walk to the beach side and the bay. We loved the screened in porch upstairs for family games or evening drinks. It had all the beach toys, chairs, etc. and everything we needed in the kitchen. Diana was very communicative and we would love to come back!

Absolutely lovely home and location. So much thought and care was taken into consideration when decorating this villa. Kimberly was welcoming and wonderful in every way. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway with a water view…this is it.

We had an amazing stay at this riverside house! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being so close to the water made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

We stayed at John's place in Colonial Beach, VA visiting parents in town. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. This time of the year (winter) there is not much to do in Colonial Beach but house was walking distance to the beach and to coffee shop and restaurants. One last note - loved the beds ... super comfortable. Plan to stay there again when we are in town.

This house was amazing. Super clean with lots of amenities. Every detail was thought out to make our stay feel like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the UNO and Jenga games. The location was just right, close enough to everything without being right on top of it all. We did not have any issues but when I did reach out to Eboni she responded right away and it was a holiday weekend too. I would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back this summer.

The first word which sprang to mind when we walked into Sunnyside Up was "charming." The cottage will put a smile on your face with its bright colors, 1920's vibes with modern upgrades, and welcoming finishing touches like the homemade peach jam. Our hound dog's "porch lounging" genes kicked in hard and she loved watching the osprey in nearby Nest #8 and folks driving by on their golf carts. There's definitely plenty to do and we'd return in the late afternoons to enjoy the cottage's private dock with a glass of wine and appetizers in hand. Life in "Rivah country" and the Northern Neck is pretty special, and Sunnyside Up was the perfect place to explore the area. Plus, don't forget get outside at night and enjoy the dark skies. There were so many stars out, it was hard to pick out the constellations.

Are stay included two families that are in-laws and it was 11 of us total and we had an absolute beautiful weekend it was great the house I cannot say enough about how immaculate and perfect it is how accommodating Megan is how she has so many things that are there that she didn't even tell you and listen the amenity section literally you don't need to bring anything with you but yourself in your clothes we will definitely be back here again for another stay as extended family and I couldn't say more about how wonderful the place is
