I’ve stayed at a couple AirBnBs before and by far this has been my favorite one. Great space, great host! The host checks up on you to make sure you’re doing well and having a great stay. The neighbors are so sweet. I personally thought it was cool seeing and hearing the trains come by every so often! The place is very clean and beautiful. Highly recommend! And make sure you let the host know if you have kids as well so he can provide baby gates for you for the stairs! Can’t wait to come back to this place. Thank you Joseph!

We really enjoyed the beautiful farm atmosphere. Hopefully we will have more time to explore the surroundings and will b a lil warmer next time. Great family place. Plenty of animals to check out. Proximity to Walker Co Civic Center was a plus!

We ended up staying in the upper cottage, and it was fabulous! The large windows let in beautiful natural light with gorgeous views. The vaulted ceilings made everything feel really airy and spacious. Carla and co-host Kelly responded well to messaging, and were so generous with a late checkout. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in! I look forward to going back!

Very nice and peaceful! Loved the hanging swings. Loved that it had some kids toys!

Lauren’s and Nate’s place was just perfect for us. We needed a comfortable and convenient place to stay while our home was being renovated and this home checked all the boxes. Being exceptionally clean and bright, there were plenty of towels and a super nice bathroom as well as a laundry room which was essential for us because of our extended time there. As construction goes, our completion date has come and gone but we at least have a wonderful place to stay until we can move back home. So if you are looking for a great place to stay on Signal Mountain, whether seeing the sights, visiting family or looking for a relaxing getaway, be sure to check out the Guesthouse! We give it 5 stars!

We decided to rent this place to spend time with our family. We are from out of town. We all really enjoyed it. Our grands kids loved the place. They said it was like having a rec room in your house. They had a blast. Thanks for having us.

Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the stay. It was nice and peaceful, easy to find. Host were really nice and helpful.

Directions were clear, she gave pictures of driveway which was very helpful. Checking was easy! They were wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with, offered suggestions of things around area I was looking for. I loved the cabin, clean everything I needed, beautiful peaceful atmosphere. Loved the views from the porch. I will definitely stay again.

Nathanial was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. Next time we are in the area we will be back to the guesthouse.

Tammy and Mark had a beautiful place! It was spotless and smelt amazing when we walked in. It was close to town and they provided a list of local recommendations. They were very responsive and accommodating (had a last minute change to the reservation and they responded quickly). Overall, it was a great little trip and we will definitely be coming back!

Donna and Wayne’s BnB was perfect for our weekend away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The guesthouse was well stocked with the necessities, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. Perfect for some much needed rest and relaxation. Can’t recommend enough, 10/10 experience!

The place was perfect and the hosts were so kind! It was a perfect little place for a visit with everything you could possibly need. Megan and Kostya were wonderful. We enjoyed talking with them and our son enjoyed having the yard to share with their girls ☺️

We had a lovely stay, one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! It's exactly what we needed. A charming, calm place to base ourselves while we explored Chattanooga. We appreciated the snacks and toiletries provided. The craftsmanship of the building and the decor choices were all top-notch. We won't hesitate to book again when we return to the area.

I booked Alan’s place for our son who was visiting the area. The place was perfect for him—comfortable and had everything he needed. Alan provides very helpful and detailed information his home including directions and parking. But it’s Alan’s kindness and care for his guests that really stands out. Our son arrived late at night (which was not a problem for the hosts) and awoke to six inches of snow from a major winter storm. Alan checked in to be sure all was well and provided chili and other food and drink to make sure our son was well fed as food delivery was not an option given the storm. Alan not only hosts a delightful home to stay in, he is also incredibly kind and gracious. We highly recommend booking with Alan!

This little cottage was perfect! Super cute and well equipped. It was just want we needed for our quick weekend visit to Sewanee.
