Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

The Crows Nest

The Crows Nest is a unique cabin nestled in the lower valley of West Chazy. This property is located at the end of a secluded dead-end road and situated on 400 acres. The cabin overlooks the numerous garden beds which guest can help themselves to in peak garden season. Enjoy farm fresh eggs and visits with the three friendly pet goats. The Crows Nest integrates the nostalgia of the past while offering modern amenities, and the hope for others to enjoy what our homestead has to offer.

Lakefront Comfort

Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of private waterfront home on beautiful Lake Champlain. The home was originally constructed in 1840 by the family for whom our bay is named. The lakeside fire pit & patio are a great place to chill by the water. There are 3 King bedrooms, a trundle bed (2 twins) and 1 bedroom with 2 twins. One King bedroom with walk in shower is on the first first floor. We have a 1/2 bath on the first floor and 2 full baths on the second floor. No large parties.

Newly constructed centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Lakehouse Stay

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a gorgeous view of Lake Champlain in our little park! This 3 bedroom home has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 pull out twins and a queen futon in the sunroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. This house will sleep up to 10 and is located on a small park across the street from Lake access and our rocky beach. Sit and relax & read a book on the front porch while enjoying the beautiful view!
