Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Highly recommend Matthew’s place! Beautiful area, nice and quiet. Everything we wanted to do in Nashville was close by and it was the perfect centralized location. The home is exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for groups of every size!

I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday—along with my twin sister—with our entire family under one roof: my husband, our parents, two brothers, and their wives. John and Sandee, your home is truly incredible. From the stunning views off the wraparound porch overlooking the river to the beautifully decorated, antique-filled interior, every detail was perfect. The location offered the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience, with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the on-demand hot water—no one ever had to wait for a shower—and the well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals for our group of nine a breeze. The large stove was an added bonus. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

This place was absolutely beautiful and was a great place for a girls weekend get away. Elle, was always so responsive and was able to answer any questions I had. 10/10 do recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful place to get away with your family or a girls weekend. 😊

Sarah’s townhome was very clean, quiet, and located in a safe neighborhood. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Sarah was also very responsive any time I sent her a message (I usually got a response within minutes!). It was a little further out than from downtown Nashville than I anticipated (more like 30 minutes than the 20 minutes mentioned in the listing) but still well worth the drive to stay in a clean and updated place.

We enjoyed our stay here, and the neighbors were very friendly! Would recommend as well as be a repeat customer to this property.

Great spot, close to Broadway but secluded to give you some peace and quiet during the stay!

This place is perfect if you are visiting Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and music row! Most places are walkable!!! Downtown is also close! Very clean and above expectations! I will be staying here more as I visit my daughter. It is exactly as seen in photos!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Place is outstanding. In a great area with much to do and has great views. Host is responsive, provides great recommendations and clear instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

My family and I stayed in the cabin for a month and it just felt like home right away. Sad to leave, but will be back in the future. BEAUTIFUL log cabin, over 100 years old with original fireplace and wood burning stove. The decor and furniture is absolutely perfect, so kudos to the interior designer! The kitchen and wrap around porch are to die for. Having an extended stay, we were able to meet/befriend many of the staff members and they were all extremely kind and welcoming. Anytime we needed anything, they were right on top of it. Abby, Lillian, Ryan and Wade were especially helpful :) If you need an escape or just a quiet place to relax, this is your place 💯

What a great little place! We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party, and I’m soo glad we found this place! Cute photo opps with the phone booth and vanity area, they even had left over cowboy hats from past Bach parties. The area is quiet, and only a 10 minute drive to Broadway, but we saw lots of people walking back and forth. The host was responsive when I requested a late checkout. Would definitely recommend this place!!
