The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. Book a tubing trip at our beach with OspreyRafting or get your ski & snowboard rentals on site with Osprey Ski Shop.There is a covered hot tub and BBQ enclosing the lawn with river views. The interior is an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counters. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 futons in the common area.

In the winter snow shoe and cross country ski at the state park, ski at Stevens Pass 20 miles away and head to Leavenworth for a slice of Bavaria. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.
