Beautiful location! Close to hiking trails & waterfalls. The town is cute & the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful.

Beautiful property and well maintained. Exactly as described. We had a large party of 16 and this place was fantastic for our group. Furnished kitchen was a great plus. Home was very comfortable and had everything you could thing of. Very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Will definitely recommend this to all our friends.

We had an incredible weekend at Sandra’s lake house for our boys trip! Sandra was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was her kindness and integrity—despite the race being in town and other listings hiking their prices, Sandra kept her rate fair and affordable. That kind of generosity doesn’t go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated it. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back! Thank you Sandra!

Amazing location with an incredible view.

Great place to stay with Family and enjoy the lake. Easy access to lake and only a few minutes from restaurants and stores. The air works great. We loved the screened in back porch. We enjoyed making memories at Paw Paws place. Thank you Katie.

This is a beautiful home in a fabulous location. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were in the area for my son’s wedding and had a uhaul trailer with us. The only issue we had was with the driveway and parking. The driveway is very curved and on an angle.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend peaceful nature filled get away. They provide such wonderful amenities and activities. They have thought through every detail to make it all nicely come together.

The location was quite beautiful. The cabin was a little hard to find in the dark. But not bad at all. There were alot of things to do around the area. We hope to be back one day

Great clean house, plenty of beds/baths. As an extra cherry on top, the host was extra-responsive to requests and communication needs. If you have a large group and are adventuring in/around Leesburg, I don't think there is better place to stay. We'll definitely look up Chestnut Bay again the next time we are in town.

The cutest cabin in the woods! Our pups loved the screened in porch, and walks on the trail down to the river were lovely in the evenings. Super clean and accommodating and had everything we needed. We will be back again in the future!

Great place and super convenient to town. Everything was great about this place. This place was fantastic for a weekend get away!

The bus stop was such a fun little getaway for our family! Very relaxing and peaceful! We ventured out and hiked to see a few waterfalls in the area. Little River Canyon and DeSoto Falls are close by and definitely worth checking out. After a day full of hiking, we enjoyed coming back to the bus and piling up to watch a movie. There was a great collection of movies to choose from! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come visit again!

Sandra was super responsive and a top tier host. The apartment felt homey and the bed was so comfortable. Her attention to detail was amazing. We were in want and need of nothing. Too bad we couldn't stay a little longer to enjoy what was offered in town. Next time! If you need to stay in or near Leesburg, make your reservation with Sandra. You won't regret it!

Great stay overall and peaceful place for a getaway, but the only thing that caught me off guard was the deposit card hold until check out. Overall I do recommend their place communication with everyone was good. Book!!!

The apartment is very cute in a great location with great amenities.

My pups and I stayed in the house for 4 days and loved it! The trail was our favorite to walk around and enjoy the weather. The house was very clean and spacious. The hosts were very responsive when needed! We would stay here again and recommend it to a friend.

Great Stay, very cozy and cute. Perfect for our get away. Had everything we needed and even had sweet extras like drinks snacks and even had chocolates on the pillow, nice unexpected touch. Host even checked on us a few times over the weekend! Will definitely book again!
