This place must be experienced to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere it offers. The home was beautifully furnished, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. My kids and I had a fantastic stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

Clean, excellent kitchen and washer and dryer. Comfortable beds. Pleasant space and peaceful outdoors.

Absolutely wonderful! It was just my husband and I, but this place would be awesome for families or several couples. Lots of room, fun games, well stocked. The views are incredible - so peaceful and relaxing while staring at the mountains and the lake. Highly recommend!

Our Family stayed at the Hacienda Roja for a Christmas Vacation and we loved the place. We had a wonderful time there. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained (including teens) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't even leave the house once we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view from the deck. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful and beautiful place Lenore has. I was so impressed with everything that we plan on staying there again next year. Plenty of room.. the bed was so comfortable and she was so concise and exact on her instructions. We loved it there so much we didn't want to leave. Thank you Lenore for everything. The apartment was very nice and cozy, and the property was absolutely enchanting. We saw so many deer right around the house. Mimi is an excellent hostess. We hope to stay again some time in the future.

Great place to stay right in the center of downtown Murphy, NC. Very clean and spacious and comfortable spaces to enjoy. The fire place made the space cozy too. Will definitely stay at again. Small town living with a posh city space.

Adorable efficiency suite . Great view of the lake and suitable areas to walk our dog. Very clean and quiet. Was an easy drive into Hiawassee.

This place was perfect! Super comfy, especially the bed and super soft sheets! Loved the screened in porch view, being elevated, looking down at the lake, felt so naturesque and private!

Got away for a night to celebrate our Anniversary, never been to Murphy. This lil home was absolutely charming. The owners did a beautiful job restoring this home. It was within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The farmers market was right next door as well as the riverwalk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

A wonderful weekend getaway with my kids (10-16). It was incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing time watching rain roll in over the mountains in the late afternoon. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Loved this place! We were in the area for a wedding, but Karah’s place was a perfect little getaway from the big city. It’s tucked away and surrounded by nature which we loved. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and explored! Her two adorable dogs were a plus as well! Everything was neat and tidy, and Karah was super responsive to any messages or inquiries. 😊 would definitely recommend!

Wendy was the best! Very responsive to any questions, gave great recommendations for dining and enjoying the city and has a genuinely kind heart! Truly exceeded our expectations!

The location of this spot is ideal to be near trails, or casino. Grocery store and restaurants are within 5 miles. The home is cozy and quiet. Enjoyed a restful weekend while feeling like we were home Thanks Wendy
