Our spacious ground floor apartment is set in a stunning location with panoramic views of the open countryside. It offers a private pool, parking and immediate access to the beautiful Dee Valley and onto the World Heritage Llangollen canal. A short 5 minute drive from the lovely town of Llangollen with it's shops, bars, restaurants and steam railway. Snowdonia, North Wales and the historic city of Chester all within an hour's drive. <b>Outdoor heated pool is open from June to end August<b>

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Barn conversion, pool, peacocks, ducks and hens

This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

Relax in our hot tub with stunning views or warm up by the wood burning stove after a winter walk. The enclosed cottage garden has a patio where you can enjoy a BBQ in the summer. Dogs welcome!

The Kasbah is a unique lodge that sleeps up to 4 in either two super kings or 4 singles, It’s completely private and set in the lower field of our home. Parking is available outside the lodge. My husband and I are on hand for any requirements you might have, whilst respecting your privacy at all times. Beautiful walks and great pubs. Pool shared heated and open from 1st MAY to end of AUGUST. There is a TV and a large collection of DVD’s. WiFi accessed through 4G.
