Welcome to my waterside apartment. Brand new first floor apartment located on the edge of Poole quay. The apartment is bright and airy and comes with a designated parking space for your use. You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

Detached private 1 bedroom annex flat, sleeps 2, with one king-size bed and one single bed (same room). Full food menu available to pre-order, mains, cakes and many extras. Annex has central heating, breakfast provided daily, 2 x TV's, superfast WiFi, parking, open plan kitchen / lounge, Nespresso Coffee, microwave, Air-fryer oven, power shower, WC, cotton sheets & towels, year-round use of HOT TUB. Continental Breakfast consists of Porridge, Croissants, sliced bread, jam, butter and milk.

Beautiful Lake view shepherds hut. Set in the heart of the Jurassic coast world heritage site. This private estate is a bird watchers paradise. Gazing from the shepherds hut or private decking area at stunning sunsets over the lake and the abundance of birds and wildlife you probably will not want to leave these idyllic natural surroundings. It is only 1 mile from the pretty riverside town of Wareham where you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the eateries or relax at the rivers edge.

The Barn - peaceful country setting.

A converted barn at Cann Common next to the main house with its own garden, patio and parking area. Located on a no-through road with only local residents traffic, giving a peaceful setting with views of the surrounding hills. Shaftesbury just over a mile with its historic Gold Hill and a good choice of shops and places to eat. It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

A cosy self-contained Annex with open plan living area, log burner and character wood floor and stone walls. A spiral staircase leads up to a very comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

The Shepherds Hut, peace and privacy.

Self contained bliss. A unique Shepherds Hut with it's own shower/wc. Comfortable double bed. Quiet, cosy & very restful. Close the door on the outside world for a while and totally relax enjoying the views from the bed & admire the dark starry sky at night. Lovely. Warm & cosy at all times with a super woodburner. Your own private outdoor space, great views & peace & quiet, fire up the BBQ or maybe a walk straight from your door through the beautiful lanes & fields. Private parking.

A brand new apartment just 50 steps from the beach with free parking in the heart of Weymouth directly on the Esplanade with panoramic sea views of the award winning beach. Well equipped and nestled amongst shops and restaurants . Just minutes walk to bars , the harbour and train station. Fully fitted kitchen with family size fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV's, Wifi, Hand, bath and beach towels provided.

Garden View Annexe near West Bay, Bridport.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

The Seaside Shepherd’s Hut

Fall asleep to the sound of waves on shingle in this stunning, hand-crafted oak shepherd’s hut. In winter the Hut is cosy with double glazing, a wood burner plus radiator. In summer relax on the deck to enjoy glorious views of Lyme Bay on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Nestling in my garden, Chesil Beach and the South West Coast Path are 30 seconds away down a private path. Watch magnificent sunsets over the bay and enjoy stargazing in our dark skies.

The Well Annex

Newly redecorated, enclosed court yard garden. 15 mins walk to Bridport market town. West Bay 1.7miles Off road parking (Car port) Can be self catering if required (has its own Kitchenette). Cot available on request. Extra single fold up bed (suit for adult or children ) as required and also wireless internet available.
