We're in the heart of the Rogers Park neighborhood, walking distance from many restaurants & 1 block from Loyola Beach Park. Breakfast is self-serve & included in the cost of the room. In the kitchen you will find bagels, cream cheese, eggs, yogurt, cereal & fresh fruit. The home is run by friendly local folks who are happy to help during your stay.

Cozy Garden Room in the middle of Boystown!Located in the garden unit of an 180 year old house, tucked back in the street of the main street of Boystown, you will have a quiet space (with a private bathroom) in the middle of it all! In a shared kitchen, we offer coffee, tea, water and keep baked goods for sharing. We also have a large outdoor space where you can sit and enjoy the garden. You can also walk to many restaurants and bars and very close walk to Wrigley Field. We also have Wifi throughout the house and outside patio.
