You'll be comfortable in the 3 bedroom, 2 bath turn of the century house that was renovated in the early 2000's to include an open living concept. You can enjoy cooking in the spacious, well stocked kitchen (house is close to the downtown farmer's market held on Saturdays) or walk to a favorite dining establishment.

If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
