The room as well as the other we booked where beautiful and clean. The view is nice, especially when it gets dark. Ploywarat is super nice and was always reachable for our questions.

Good places

Orathai is an excellent host. When we had an issue with the air conditioning, she arranged for it to be fixed the same day. She was always kind, responsive, and attentive to our needs. The house is located in a private village with a clean, quiet neighborhood and respectful neighbors. It’s a great place to stay, whether you're visiting as a couple or with family. I’ll definitely look for her place again when I’m back in town.

Very friendly and responsive host that I had a pleasure to communicate with during my stay. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities I needed, and would also be sufficient for a longer stay. It was also clean and free of clutter. The location is convenient to explore Khon Kaen - it's also next to the Central shopping mall. Overall, recommended if you are coming to the city and looking for a place to stay :)

We stayed with Songkran and we loved it. It was walkable from the city and it was nice to stay in a wuit neighbourhood. The communication with sittinwas very good and helpful. Definitely recommend

Sunantha (Tom) et son mari Tao sont des hôtes fantastiques. Avec mon épouse, nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Le lieu est apaisant et répondu à toutes nos attentes. Le calme et la sérénité du site entouré de rizières et d'un point d'eau joliment arboré et fleuri nous a permis de nous ressourcer. Tom a toujours été extrêmement attentionnée à tous nos besoins. Elle a su nous conseillé sur les activités à faire mais aussi nous accompagner et nous faire découvrir des sites splendides autour de la ville de Khon Kaen. Si nous avons la chance de revenir un jour dans l'est de la Thaïlande, il est certain que nous reviendrons voir ce merveilleux couple.

The room is clean and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. Located on a high floor with a great city view, it’s perfect for both relaxing and working. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people — really great value! I’ll definitely stay here again. *The bed is super soft and comfortable.

I stayed at this place over 1 month and even extended my stay. For me it was the perfect place for work and experiencing the city. Internet is good and the aircon too. The bed is comfortable. The neighbors are friendly too. I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to come back soon. Evan is a very nice host, kind, friendly and always asks if you happy. I can recommend this place 100%.
