You can enjoy your very own space on our lifestyle property. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sunset on your very own private deck. There is NO Kitchen provided in the unit and there is no guest access to the swimming pool. We have a friendly golden retriever named 'Goldie.' Our cosy double-glazed studio is attached to the garage in the back yard of our property and offers an ensuite, television with Netflix , microwave and fridge. Continental style breakfast is offered. It is located close to the city (3.5km walk to Cathedral Square). It is handy to many amenities; movie theatres, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique-style shopping. Please note a small, very sociable dog and an elegant but very unsociable cat live on the property.
