Kinderfreundliche Ferienunterkünfte in Christmas

We brought our family and grandchild to Florida, it was a beautiful place with all the amenities we wanted. The hot tub was a family favorite and the kids (adult children) loved how close the beach was. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, the house was overall a 10!!!!

The Airbnb was perfect—by far the best-equipped home I've rented during my travels. So very clean as well. We were thrilled with the amenities; everything not only worked well but also looked great. While there were multiple levels throughout the house, it flowed beautifully and didn’t present any issues. It was just so cute, older styles but done wonderfully. The kitchen was my favorite spot, as I love to cook and prepared meals for others staying nearby. It met all my needs and served as a wonderful base for several days of peace, beauty, and family time. Lots of beautiful and eclectic decor, yellow being the main color of interest through out, and the families direct fingerprint on the property, telling a story of generational love. Diamond, is a fantastic host! The neighbors are great. I will return in the near future. Trust me when I say this property is perfect for a family getaway—so accommodating to its guests. We truly hated to leave. Thank you for everything!

La casa es un 10, no creo que otras casas se comparen en la zona, está todo super limpio , nuevo casi y en excelente ubicación, la piscina es hermosa y el precio es insuperable, por eso es que es tan requerida la casa. No duden en alojarse en la casa de Caridad, tienen aseguradas unas vacaciones de calidad, confort y seguridad. Gracias estimada esperamos volver pronto. 🥰

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb. It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The fenced backyard was perfectly convenient traveling with our dog. Eileen was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend it and will be considering other Airbnb’s over pet friendly hotels in the future.

This house was absolutely amazing and had everything we needed! Our kids had a blast with the heated pool and all the games—it was nonstop fun. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We highly recommend it! all the instructions to enter were a breeze. Martin was very responsive and checked in on us. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

I was in town for the week while family underwent medical treatment. I needed a quiet, relaxing place where I could work during the day & entertain two kiddos in the evening. Terrie’s space was perfect. As other reviews have pointed out, the house is as clean as it gets. Spotless. It has those things that you really appreciate when traveling. Spices for cooking, board games, coffee and even a few snacks which the kids loved. The beds are incredibly comfortable to top it off. This home is simply wonderful and Terrie was a fantastic host. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay. The home was very cozy. The host was very accommodating, letting us check-in early this allowed us to drop our dog and spend extra time at Legoland.

Anne Marie was helpful when we were confused as to getting in (after an 12 hour car ride). The house was well equipped. Lovely patio television to watch final four playoffs. I would recommend to others and return myself.

Great place, definitely would go back if we go to Florida

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Great communication skills

The apartment was perfect for me and my small dog. Tanya was super friendly and I would love to stay again sometime.

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great landing spot for our Disney adventure. We loved the fun Mickey & Minnie theme and appreciated the location which was close to WDW and Walmart for breakfast goods and sunscreen. Our host was proactive and responsive qoth communication, and flexible with checkout. We appreciated the easy checkbout process and great directions for checking in. We were excited by the resort amenities like the pool and exercise room when booking, but quickly realized after the first day at WDW that we wouldn't be able to use them. They would've been a nice break from the parks if we had a stay longer than 3 days. The value for the price was great with plenty of room for our family of 3.

Quelle vue incroyable! C’était merveilleux de se réveiller avec le lever du soleil sur la mer et d’être si près de la plage. Nous avons adoré l’appartement, tout était propre et nous avions vraiment tout ce dont nous avions besoin. C’était bien d’avoir accès à un garage, et à des chaises de plage, parasol, jouets, etc. Les meubles ont été changés depuis les photos et nous avons bien aimé la décoration style bord de mer! L’emplacement était bien, dans un quartier tranquille, même si les services (épiceries, restaurants) étaient un peu loins. Bref, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour!

Departamento tal cual las fotos, muy fácil acceso a los parques, muy buena comunicación del anfitrión, espacio muy cómodo que te hace sentir como en casa. Muy feliz con la elección y agradecido con el anfitrión por la bonita experiencia!!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property is well maintained and very secure, allowing my family to rest comfortably. Anderson provided great communication before I arrived, he was welcoming upon arrival and promptly responsive throughout the entire trip. I would highly recommend this place.

Alfonso was an excellent host. He was super responsive and proactive with his communication. The unit was perfect, located very close to all the Disney/Universal attractions. The Clubhouse, Pool and Slides are located 100 yards from the unit was a hit. Right outside of gate neighborhood was everything you needed, Walmart, Starbucks and all the food and shopping you needed. Excellent host and unit

Thanks to Maria and Andy for hosting a great 4-week vacation. Everything was as described and everything worked. It was clean. The location is great. The bed was comfortable. It was well stocked for all consumables. Legacy Dunes is a private, well maintained and quiet resort with great facilities. Lots of trees and ample room to walk. Close to everything. Communication was prompt, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
